UPDATE: For the Combat Shotgun setup, I've been informed that the Buck & Slug Ammo Type can yield a better 1 shot kill range than packed powder. After some quick tests, it appears your one shot potential is increased to around 12m (without aiming down sight or the slug randomly hitting) BUT it's slightly less forgiving for a 1 shot kill so you can get hitmarkers with it up close. Overall, I'd recommend swapping to the Buck & Slug though.

This Game is giving me some MW2 vibes, because it has so many busted weapons, to a point there isn't just one or two weapons that completely excell over the rest. And I freaking love it
I kinda like that most guns can perform pretty good in the game, id rather have alot of kinda brokenish guns, than only 1 or 2 op guns, makes it easier to compete when doin camos n stuff
Me too the best cods are the ones where you can use most guns and not have to settle for everyone using the same gun … I love variety keeps the game more fun and interesting
Oh this is the good stuff. Anyone who hasn't subscribed to Ace, definitely do that. You're gonna get a LOT of information about your guns, set ups, and it's gonna be really detailed. Ace is one of the most OG players on here and he does his work.
The Automaton is super underrated. Its an absolute laser even without recoil control attachments but when you pair it with FRENZY ... its an absolute monster. The gun deserves more love. I have been using Stim with Technician and self heal is a little on the slow side this year ... with Frenzy's auto heal after kills I stack multi kills easy
The Bren gun with the first barrel and .50bmg magazines does a whopping 90 damage to the torso, if you hit ANYONE that's slightly injured by say a stun grenade (does around 20 damage) you will one-shot them, incendiary does not do enough damage for the full 100 but with fmj you can two-shot people through any kind of cover that still allows your bullet through (i've two-shot people through brick walls, wood walls and wood panels) and a trick to better use the Bren gun and any gun that's described to have better initial recoil is to tapfire it to take advantage of that, by tap-firing those guns will only have visual recoil
I’ve been using just the first barrel, as I found the combination of the two makes the recoil too annoying to deal with, but still a 2 shot no matter where you hit someone. Favourite gun in the game for me atm.
Here’s a good build you should try for the AS44. It turns the weapon into a very steady viable one-burst weapon. Use these attachments: A.Kovalevskaya 420mm Burst barrel B. 7.62x54mmr 30 round mag C. Zac Skeletal Stock D. SMLE Pistol Grip E. Fabric Rear Grip F. MX Silencer (or any muzzle) G. Aquisition proficiency H. Any kit that fits your playstyle I. Any optic that fits your playstyle K. For ammo type either use FMJ or Frangible. Using Subsonic, Incendiary or Hollow point may affect one-burst capabilities down range. Although the high caliber rounds increase recoil, the gun feels very stable because it shoots in fast 3 round bursts and reliably one-bursting from any part of the body. It does require an extra shot depending on the range but it’s usually when the target is very far. The most important attachments for this build are both the burst barrel and the high caliber rounds just so that it gives it that extra damage to do 3 shot kills. For the rest of the attachments, it’s more about what you feel comfortable with. I hope you find this build fun. I’ve been playing around with different weapons in Private match and managed to make some crazy builds for different weapons I want to keep secret for myself. This game’s gunsmith system has sure made me have a lot of fun with literally every weapon and I hope to see some crazy builds from other people too that isn’t with an STG44 or MP40.
Been using this setup myself and like you said, it shreds. Very forgiving too since the burst delays are so short you can follow up very quickly on targets that didn't die from the first burst.
I've been addicted to the MG42 with the anti material rounds. It makes is a 4-5 shot kill at 1k rpm and is laser accurate across the map with the right attachments. Feels so good.
I’ve always been an LMG fan and great call on the DP27. I only get to play for 45 minutes a day and I was using the StG to learn the maps but the minute I unlocked the DP27 I equipped it and I’ve noticed my game play improve immensely.
The automaton is great I’ve been using it really just because it’s not the STG lol but it’s great and fun to experiment with the different attachment setups.
Futives has a great class for that gun and now I main it. I recommend watching the video and copying the class. It's title dropping a nuke with the best gun in vanguard or something like that
That combat shotgun build is so counter-intuitive to building a shotgun, its insane that it works. I think SH bit off more than they can chew with how many attachments change the gun completely
I went against a team on Das House with the SVT barrel and vital 2nd day after release. They also had Bayonet, which has incredible range and it a 1 hit kill... I've never got stomped on so hard in my entire life.
The sheer chaos and “nothing is broken, if everything is broken” mindset in this game reminds me of MW2. This game would actually be a LOT of fun and a great throwback if they would get rid of SBMM
@@sebastianlaplume461 really agree. they feel a bit more consistent compared to mw19 (just using the comparison bc of the engine) but the ads speed is 500ms in a game with a 250 ms ttk. Don't need to be good at math too understand that's awful.
@@tylerduncan5908 yeah there’s a lot of weapons that can achieve 100ms or less ttk where snipers struggle to get below 500ms ads, then target acquisition is longer in this game because of the instant sway, like Bo1, so it’s about an additional 60ms on average. Basically you die five times over before you even get to shoot, then you just hitmark anyways or get flinched. Yet there’s still a community that complains about sniping, wild.
There's a ridiculous Gung-Ho Sten class that has the best hip fire accuracy that I've ever seen. Better hip fire accuracy than ads accuracy and just deletes people as you sprint around. Very fun. -Gung-Ho -Quick -Hockenson 174MM Barrel -Gawain Folding Stock -Carver Foregrip -Pine Tar Grip Tape -Lengthened Ammo -Whatever else you wanna use
YESSSSSS THE DP27 IS UNBELIEVABLE. Marksman rifles are slept on big time. I feel like knowing that vital drops the kill shot by 1 makes me believe Armor is that much more useful. But so far every single gun seems to be nice man.
The Volk + Russian short kills in 3 bullets and has a 174ms TTK, it handles very fast for an AR and if you can build it to have manageable recoil it is insane. Probably the best flex AR in the game
I'm probably the only one that likes using the sten you can give it around 130-140ms sprint out and ads time while still having good damage, with less desirable damage range and accuracy but the movement speed, close damage and sprint out times make up for it
1). Double Barrel with akimbo, damage increasing barrel (sawed-off or another that I forget the name of), and buck+slug, 2). AS44 with larger cal, burst barrel, and incendiary rounds, 3). Top Break with shotgun shells and larger cal, and 4). Akimbo 1911s with the largest mag and full-auto barrel. At this point, it's not even the practicality for me. Dare I say... I'm kind of having fun!? Anyways... always been a fan of the content Ace, keep up the good work!
I have been having alot of fun with the AS44. Not easy to use in the beginning but once you have kitted it out it to reduce the recoil can absolutely melt at close to mid range.
Use the burst fire mod on it... it's insane! It can 1 burst and the delay is super fast! It's one of the many hidden gems. But, probably what I'll settle on.
I like this game a lot but it's wild how many of the attachments are broken. Makes me worry what Warzone will become and even for what this game will look like in a few months when the average player had unlocked all this stuff.
It's about time I see someone recognize the greatness of the DP-27. It's an absolute monster. I get that LMGs (can) force a different playstyle, but free kills are free kills.
Honestly every gun in this game is OP. The combat shotgun with 12 gauge and slugs one hits anywhere on the body, the G-43 can essentially have an uncapped fire rate, and the 3-line gets one shot body shot kills. Everything is scaled to OP.

Agree. The DP27 is my favourite weapon. It’s a high fire rate sniper basically. Trade-off is super slow reload time, slowish ADS and sluggish centering speed. But it works!
The Bar with the third magazine and some recoil reduction attachments is CRAZY strong. No idea why I don't see more of it. Kills in two shots to anywhere pretty much. Broken? No. Powerful? Absolutely. It's slow like an LMG actually, but it hits like a dump truck. You can contend at pretty much any range with it except up close if they're using SMGs or shotguns.
I definitely agree with this. I've been using a lot of the BAR (it's my highest leveled gun) & I consider it almost like an "anti sniper" rifle. Catch the snipers unaware or if they were aiming for someone else, it's too late for them with the power the BAR brings. Haven't got to the third mag yet, but I'll have to give that one a go when I get there.
You don't see more of it because STG44 is broken with the Vital bug and everyone has the blueprint that unlocks it at level 1. And it takes a while to get the BMG ammo for the BAR, and a REAL while to get the 30 round version. The way this game is currently there are multiple weapons with insane fire rates and sub 200ms ttk, so the BAR will remain niche with its equally insanely SLOW fire rate.
You don’t see more of it because the BAR doesn’t become viable enough to go against the STG until like level 40 something and it’s fire rate really holds it back
The revolving shotgun with gung ho, packed powder, the last unlockable barrel, wider spread, and 7 round mag is also quite good in close quarters maps. The one shot distance is not as long but you can easily run through 4 or 5 enemies in a dead sprint with no hitmarkers. Not as overpowered as the combat shotgun due to the range, but it’s incredibly fun and quite useful.
I've just been in HC TDM mostly and i like the Automaton Assault Rifle, it just feels consistent. Problem is with no attachments you have a big rectangle with no dot to assist you for aiming but once you get to weapon level 2 and unlock the first red dot sight, it's a lot better.

@@lars4483 I have a question to ask, trying to do camo on Automaton and got Anastasia Barrel, Empress Broadsword Stock but theirs no Assassin Proficiency, tried Frenzy and Spotter but the ADS Kills aren't registering. What do i do as theirs no Assassin Proficiency?
I mean when you think of it from the perspective that they are the first 2 unlocks in their categories, and it takes 6 years to level weapons up it makes sense. The average player doesn't have hours to play every day, so they use what they have.
The combat shield, despite it's headshot weakness, is a powerful anti camp class and a reliable at breaking spawn traps. Thermites are also not coming out super fast due to no Amped perk. So you can actually react to enemy thermite throws and kill/dodge them before they recover.
Ive been using the type 100 with damage boosting mag at lvl 25 with vital, long barrel, suppressor, and grip, along with accuracy boosting attachments. Got me my first v2 rocket 🚀
The BAR with the 50 bmg magazine and rapid fire barrel and recoil booster muzzle has is a 2 shot anywhere in the body at any range with a ttk of 131 ms. The ppsh with the last magazine is a 3 shot kill anywhere im the body and can get a 113 ms ttk .
i have one, its the double barrel. im using incendiary with wilkie huntsman with discard. with this set up most people die with one shot since the shotgun hits hard and the burn is enough to kill. and discard covers the slow reloading since its always a re-load from empty. havent gotten double aught yet so that might make it even stronger

I don't have the game (yet), but I've heard slug shot guns are good in this game. Maybe they still have too much bloom like back in mw19, but the bullet velocity seems to be better now. But the marksman sniper rifle you mentioned piqued my interest too.
Hey Mr. Ace and Friends, there is a mild exploit people can do with the Grom to kill ALLIES and I wanted to warn people as this is great for trolling and just throwing people off cliffs. When the Grom runs into enemies or the user they die... but if the Grom drives into an Ally they will often be put on top of the Grom. So if someone is in cover you can move them out into an enemy's line of sight or off a cliff if they are near one. This also means if you were to throw Thermite at an Enemy Grom they could drive into one of THEIR allies and you'll kill them with the thermite and I've had this accidentally happen once.
I was on the fence about getting this game, but with how many broken attachments are in this game, I think that pretty much decides it for me. The base TTK was already a little too fast for my taste, but if we're consistently getting sub 200ms ttk weapons or even sub 100ms weapons, no way would I be interested, especially combined with SBMM. One or the other, sure, maybe, but definitely not with both.
The maps are pretty fun and diverse and the gun customization is cool. The TTK is lighting fast though and almost feels like hard-core and the spawns are pretty rough. So hopefully they fix those things
Hardcore is pointless in this game with how fast the TTK is. Simply level up your weapon enough and your enemies will feel like they're playing hardcore.
Building the Sten out for hipfire accuracy and using the .45 rounds is a monster in HC. You get somewhere out to the 30-40m range of decently accurate fire while being very agile.
Xclusive you have to try the NZ-41, I’ve found the set up I have usually beats out an STG, it’s super accurate, feels like a 2/3 shot kill too, I’m loving it currently!! But I am going to try out the Type 100 now for sure! :)
Hey ace I know you got a lot on your plate but if you have the type 100 maxed check out the hipfire build. When you max the attachments you can beam people from crazy range AND the hipfire shooting move speed is faster than sprint. With gung ho its unstoppable Or at least it feels that way.
I'm definitely gonna try those Tommy attachments. I'm very close to having it as my first Gold gun, and I couldn't get the recoil down even with all the recoil attachments. The 9mm mag gets way too many hitmarkers, but the Kurs mag has definitely been shredding. I think I prefer the .45 ACP with its middle ground, but I haven't tried Hollow Point. One of the Tommy setups they make you use for the camos is actually pretty decent tho. It was like a crouch/prone recoil control setup, and the recoil was significantly easier to control when you're crouched. It uses the stock that improves recoil control when crouched, prone, or mounted.
MG42 is absolutely busted with a suppression+FMJ build and the piercing vision perk. Fire in the direction of red name tags, enemies light up, kill them regardless of cover with FMJ.
This is a long shot but could you do an in-depth perk review for cold blooded? It claims to 'Reduce the range at which awareness markers appear for enemies' but I'd love to see if this is true and the difference in range. Thank you!
I discovered the SVT-40 while trying to unlock Daniel the marksman operator and finding the Garand underwhelming and the G43 too tough on my trigger finger and holy heck I got that 200 kill challenge QUICK
Hey Ace!! Try this setup with the combat shotgun. I was using on day 1 before everyone hopped on it, my first gold weapon. 12 Guage rounds in the mag selection, with slugs and vital perk. Build for ADS with precision barrel and a x4 scope or whatever you prefer. It'll one hit anywhere up to 40 meters and one hit chest and up past that. Best setup for longshots, the shotgun literally becomes a sniper
You and me both Ace, I been messing and experimenting with guns more than playing Multi. AS44 with 1363 RPM Gung Ho was a nice find as you can sprint full speed with it. (Bugged)
You should check out the machine pistol, you can have a single on with a fire rate of about 1400 or akimbo it for 2800 rpm while it is also a 5 shot kill
Thx for putting in some science behind it, I love odd looking guns and therefore gave the old record player a chance and from the look and feel I must say: yes, I'm by no means a great CoD player, but the DP27 is a really, really good gun, even without any attatchements, right from the get go
ive been using the DP27, the 1928, the AS44 (w/ 1st barrel), and the G-43 (w/ the 20 round mag attach). those guns are honestly all killers, and after vital gun perk is balanced im sure they will def be given a better look by people. we also gotta consider that the stg and the mp40 are starter weapons, so everyone probably just leveled those up first.
These are seems like good setups. Could you make an LMG setup video too? I think the Vanguard LMGs will be less problematic to me than the Modern warfare ones and I'm curious how good could an LMG be
The automation with Zac fa short 8mm Klauser mag and any fire rate mods yield a 3 shot kill anywhere to the body not to mention it is a highly accurate rifle
ACE i hope you read this i found something pretty crazy. The As44 is a glitch right now with the burst barrell + hollow point. Its Modern warfare M16 broken.
I knew this was going to happen!! Theres just now way u can have 10 attachment slots and not come across crazy stacking combinations that break the game. Worst part is theyre going to have to nerf certain attachments to fix these issues, but what if i just like using that attachment on my gun and I'm not trying to make a broken class setup? Well now I wont be able to use those attachments because they'll be useless on their own. Sucks
You can turn the bar into an smg. Use the ammo conversation and it’ll be a 2 shot anywhere and then use the rapid fire barrel. This gun is always a 2 shot and shoots faster then the default Bar. Only downside is that it has a lot of recoil so this is only a close ranged weapon.
Type 100 with big ammo , fire rate boosting attachments and rocoil reducing stock and grip is good, ppsh is good on smaller maps because extended mags feel rare and u won't be getting caught reloading like u will with others guns, a bit of a pea shooter tho

i don’t want them to patch all the crazy guns and make them boring, i think it’s awesome that most everything in this game feels op but everything will get hit with nerf hammers and feels the same eventually so might as well enjoy it while it lasts
Hey Ace - Please check out the Owen gun. It has an insane headshot bonus. I am getting 3 shots to kill in almost every scenario, with or without headshots (unconfirmed though). And this is without any attachments. It is a bit slow compared to other smgs so you need attachments to make it faster.
There is a disgusting near 0 recoil BAR setup I made in custom, 68 dmg bullets, only downside is a real slow ADS, not quite as slow as the SVT but almost as slow.
Use gunho on the volk with attachments that lower your Sprint out speed and buff your ads speed along with recoil control and put on Russian short magazines 260 Ms ttk with no Sprint out time and good range that can beat out smgs

Just put a night vision scope on it and run smokes and you've got a massive troll class lol

@@sebastianlaplume461 really agree. they feel a bit more consistent compared to mw19 (just using the comparison bc of the engine) but the ads speed is 500ms in a game with a 250 ms ttk. Don't need to be good at math too understand that's awful.
@@tylerduncan5908 yeah there’s a lot of weapons that can achieve 100ms or less ttk where snipers struggle to get below 500ms ads, then target acquisition is longer in this game because of the instant sway, like Bo1, so it’s about an additional 60ms on average. Basically you die five times over before you even get to shoot, then you just hitmark anyways or get flinched. Yet there’s still a community that complains about sniping, wild.
There's a ridiculous Gung-Ho Sten class that has the best hip fire accuracy that I've ever seen. Better hip fire accuracy than ads accuracy and just deletes people as you sprint around. Very fun.

YESSSSSS THE DP27 IS UNBELIEVABLE. Marksman rifles are slept on big time. I feel like knowing that vital drops the kill shot by 1 makes me believe Armor is that much more useful. But so far every single gun seems to be nice man.
The Volk + Russian short kills in 3 bullets and has a 174ms TTK, it handles very fast for an AR and if you can build it to have manageable recoil it is insane. Probably the best flex AR in the game
The BAR with the first barrel attachment has been doing work for me, you can build off of that in any way you want, basically zero recoil
As well as it being a 2 SHOT KILL if you have one of the last 2 Mags👀
I'm probably the only one that likes using the sten
you can give it around 130-140ms sprint out and ads time
while still having good damage, with less desirable damage range and accuracy
but the movement speed, close damage and sprint out times make up for it
1). Double Barrel with akimbo, damage increasing barrel (sawed-off or another that I forget the name of), and buck+slug, 2). AS44 with larger cal, burst barrel, and incendiary rounds, 3). Top Break with shotgun shells and larger cal, and 4). Akimbo 1911s with the largest mag and full-auto barrel. At this point, it's not even the practicality for me. Dare I say... I'm kind of having fun!? Anyways... always been a fan of the content Ace, keep up the good work!

I have been having alot of fun with the AS44. Not easy to use in the beginning but once you have kitted it out it to reduce the recoil can absolutely melt at close to mid range.
Use the burst fire mod on it... it's insane! It can 1 burst and the delay is super fast! It's one of the many hidden gems. But, probably what I'll settle on.
I like this game a lot but it's wild how many of the attachments are broken. Makes me worry what Warzone will become and even for what this game will look like in a few months when the average player had unlocked all this stuff.
They probably have fixed atleast most of the broken attachments in few months
Rather have 1,000 broken guns than 1 broken gun that everyone uses
This game reminds me of MW2's multiplayer design philosophy. Everything can have the illusion of feeling balanced if everything is broken.
It's about time I see someone recognize the greatness of the DP-27. It's an absolute monster. I get that LMGs (can) force a different playstyle, but free kills are free kills.
Personally I’m having a blast with all types of guns and set ups. I’m having the most fun playing melee only though. Love this game so far.
Honestly every gun in this game is OP. The combat shotgun with 12 gauge and slugs one hits anywhere on the body, the G-43 can essentially have an uncapped fire rate, and the 3-line gets one shot body shot kills. Everything is scaled to OP.
Which is great, that is what made games like MW2 and BO2 so much fun. Everything was usable (sad F2000 noises)

Agree. The DP27 is my favourite weapon. It’s a high fire rate sniper basically. Trade-off is super slow reload time, slowish ADS and sluggish centering speed. But it works!
The Bar with the third magazine and some recoil reduction attachments is CRAZY strong. No idea why I don't see more of it. Kills in two shots to anywhere pretty much. Broken? No. Powerful? Absolutely. It's slow like an LMG actually, but it hits like a dump truck. You can contend at pretty much any range with it except up close if they're using SMGs or shotguns.
I definitely agree with this. I've been using a lot of the BAR (it's my highest leveled gun) & I consider it almost like an "anti sniper" rifle. Catch the snipers unaware or if they were aiming for someone else, it's too late for them with the power the BAR brings. Haven't got to the third mag yet, but I'll have to give that one a go when I get there.
You don't see more of it because STG44 is broken with the Vital bug and everyone has the blueprint that unlocks it at level 1. And it takes a while to get the BMG ammo for the BAR, and a REAL while to get the 30 round version. The way this game is currently there are multiple weapons with insane fire rates and sub 200ms ttk, so the BAR will remain niche with its equally insanely SLOW fire rate.
You don't see it anymore because the STG shoots like 150RPM faster with less recoil and still a 2 shot kill.
You don’t see more of it because the BAR doesn’t become viable enough to go against the STG until like level 40 something and it’s fire rate really holds it back
The revolving shotgun with gung ho, packed powder, the last unlockable barrel, wider spread, and 7 round mag is also quite good in close quarters maps. The one shot distance is not as long but you can easily run through 4 or 5 enemies in a dead sprint with no hitmarkers. Not as overpowered as the combat shotgun due to the range, but it’s incredibly fun and quite useful.
The Sten with The rapidfire shots with 1300 rpm
I've just been in HC TDM mostly and i like the Automaton Assault Rifle, it just feels consistent. Problem is with no attachments you have a big rectangle with no dot to assist you for aiming but once you get to weapon level 2 and unlock the first red dot sight, it's a lot better.
Tip for when you wanna use this with iron sights the place where you hit is lower than you will expect on the first try

I mean when you think of it from the perspective that they are the first 2 unlocks in their categories, and it takes 6 years to level weapons up it makes sense. The average player doesn't have hours to play every day, so they use what they have.
Lvling up the type 100 and the tommy gun has been the most fun ive had on this gamr in das hause. Such fun guns to use especially the tommy gun.
While everyone was running around with mp40s I been having fun with the type 100 lol an now everyone knows

The combat shield, despite it's headshot weakness, is a powerful anti camp class and a reliable at breaking spawn traps. Thermites are also not coming out super fast due to no Amped perk. So you can actually react to enemy thermite throws and kill/dodge them before they recover.
Ive been using the type 100 with damage boosting mag at lvl 25 with vital, long barrel, suppressor, and grip, along with accuracy boosting attachments. Got me my first v2 rocket 🚀
i like the 2 tap BAR (50 cal bullets) with fmj and that bullet penetration/wallbang proficiency
The BAR with the 50 bmg magazine and rapid fire barrel and recoil booster muzzle has is a 2 shot anywhere in the body at any range with a ttk of 131 ms.
The ppsh with the last magazine is a 3 shot kill anywhere im the body and can get a 113 ms ttk .

Totally agree on the db27. Very very good lmg. Also the BAR with the 50 bmg rounds is crazy. Two tap and they’re dead.
Great video. I personally love using the M1928 Submachine gun. You can get the fire rate up to 1000+ with some attachments.
i have one, its the double barrel. im using incendiary with wilkie huntsman with discard. with this set up most people die with one shot since the shotgun hits hard and the burn is enough to kill. and discard covers the slow reloading since its always a re-load from empty. havent gotten double aught yet so that might make it even stronger

I don't have the game (yet), but I've heard slug shot guns are good in this game. Maybe they still have too much bloom like back in mw19, but the bullet velocity seems to be better now. But the marksman sniper rifle you mentioned piqued my interest too.
Hey Mr. Ace and Friends, there is a mild exploit people can do with the Grom to kill ALLIES and I wanted to warn people as this is great for trolling and just throwing people off cliffs.
When the Grom runs into enemies or the user they die... but if the Grom drives into an Ally they will often be put on top of the Grom.
So if someone is in cover you can move them out into an enemy's line of sight or off a cliff if they are near one.
This also means if you were to throw Thermite at an Enemy Grom they could drive into one of THEIR allies and you'll kill them with the thermite and I've had this accidentally happen once.
I was on the fence about getting this game, but with how many broken attachments are in this game, I think that pretty much decides it for me. The base TTK was already a little too fast for my taste, but if we're consistently getting sub 200ms ttk weapons or even sub 100ms weapons, no way would I be interested, especially combined with SBMM. One or the other, sure, maybe, but definitely not with both.
The maps are pretty fun and diverse and the gun customization is cool. The TTK is lighting fast though and almost feels like hard-core and the spawns are pretty rough. So hopefully they fix those things

Hardcore is pointless in this game with how fast the TTK is. Simply level up your weapon enough and your enemies will feel like they're playing hardcore.
Building the Sten out for hipfire accuracy and using the .45 rounds is a monster in HC. You get somewhere out to the 30-40m range of decently accurate fire while being very agile.
Xclusive you have to try the NZ-41, I’ve found the set up I have usually beats out an STG, it’s super accurate, feels like a 2/3 shot kill too, I’m loving it currently!! But I am going to try out the Type 100 now for sure! :)
Best setup. DB with the widest spread you can, gung ho, 00 Buckshot, and Buck n Slug. It’s literally Pocket Sand but the sand is just death.
Been shredding with that setup in the Haus.

Hey ace I know you got a lot on your plate but if you have the type 100 maxed check out the hipfire build. When you max the attachments you can beam people from crazy range AND the hipfire shooting move speed is faster than sprint. With gung ho its unstoppable Or at least it feels that way.
I'm definitely gonna try those Tommy attachments. I'm very close to having it as my first Gold gun, and I couldn't get the recoil down even with all the recoil attachments. The 9mm mag gets way too many hitmarkers, but the Kurs mag has definitely been shredding. I think I prefer the .45 ACP with its middle ground, but I haven't tried Hollow Point.
One of the Tommy setups they make you use for the camos is actually pretty decent tho. It was like a crouch/prone recoil control setup, and the recoil was significantly easier to control when you're crouched. It uses the stock that improves recoil control when crouched, prone, or mounted.
The Revolving Shotgun with Gung Ho is ridiculous! You can run so fast and blast people right off their feet
MG42 is absolutely busted with a suppression+FMJ build and the piercing vision perk. Fire in the direction of red name tags, enemies light up, kill them regardless of cover with FMJ.

Hey Ace!! Try this setup with the combat shotgun. I was using on day 1 before everyone hopped on it, my first gold weapon. 12 Guage rounds in the mag selection, with slugs and vital perk. Build for ADS with precision barrel and a x4 scope or whatever you prefer. It'll one hit anywhere up to 40 meters and one hit chest and up past that. Best setup for longshots, the shotgun literally becomes a sniper
That last setup with the marksman rifle makes it look like you're playing Campaign
The volkssturmgewehr with .30 Russian short hollow point and gung-ho is also very good
The NZ-41 is REALLY good if you shoot it in 4-5 shot bursts

You should check out the machine pistol, you can have a single on with a fire rate of about 1400 or akimbo it for 2800 rpm while it is also a 5 shot kill
Thx for putting in some science behind it, I love odd looking guns and therefore gave the old record player a chance and from the look and feel I must say: yes, I'm by no means a great CoD player, but the DP27 is a really, really good gun, even without any attatchements, right from the get go
ive been using the DP27, the 1928, the AS44 (w/ 1st barrel), and the G-43 (w/ the 20 round mag attach). those guns are honestly all killers, and after vital gun perk is balanced im sure they will def be given a better look by people. we also gotta consider that the stg and the mp40 are starter weapons, so everyone probably just leveled those up first.
These are seems like good setups. Could you make an LMG setup video too? I think the Vanguard LMGs will be less problematic to me than the Modern warfare ones and I'm curious how good could an LMG be
The BAR with .50 BMG is a 2 shot kill anywhere to the body and with the right attachments isn't terribly slow and really controllable
The dp28 in World at War was one of the best and most underrated guns. Love the dp27 (it’s the same gun) and just as great.
The automation with Zac fa short 8mm Klauser mag and any fire rate mods yield a 3 shot kill anywhere to the body not to mention it is a highly accurate rifle
2 shot 50 cal BAR is amazing - so fun
These are all great guns, the Automaton has also been a gun I’ve had tons of success with!
Looking at these WW2 guns with all the ridiculous attachments and mods on makes me sad.
DP27 is by far my favorite gun so far. It’s a beast in HC modes and got me my first V2 the second day I played.
ACE i hope you read this i found something pretty crazy. The As44 is a glitch right now with the burst barrell + hollow point. Its Modern warfare M16 broken.
I knew this was going to happen!! Theres just now way u can have 10 attachment slots and not come across crazy stacking combinations that break the game. Worst part is theyre going to have to nerf certain attachments to fix these issues, but what if i just like using that attachment on my gun and I'm not trying to make a broken class setup? Well now I wont be able to use those attachments because they'll be useless on their own. Sucks
You can turn the bar into an smg. Use the ammo conversation and it’ll be a 2 shot anywhere and then use the rapid fire barrel. This gun is always a 2 shot and shoots faster then the default Bar. Only downside is that it has a lot of recoil so this is only a close ranged weapon.
Try the Gracey Auto shotgun. Feels just like the Gallo from Cold War, but you can equip a detachable mag.
Type 100 with big ammo , fire rate boosting attachments and rocoil reducing stock and grip is good, ppsh is good on smaller maps because extended mags feel rare and u won't be getting caught reloading like u will with others guns, a bit of a pea shooter tho

The shot gun makes a good long range with the slug ammo too
i don’t want them to patch all the crazy guns and make them boring, i think it’s awesome that most everything in this game feels op but everything will get hit with nerf hammers and feels the same eventually so might as well enjoy it while it lasts
The sten with the last mag (.45 20 rounds) and the burst mod is fun. 1 burst kill as long and you’re within range
Hey Ace - Please check out the Owen gun. It has an insane headshot bonus. I am getting 3 shots to kill in almost every scenario, with or without headshots (unconfirmed though). And this is without any attachments. It is a bit slow compared to other smgs so you need attachments to make it faster.
I would also add the BAR to this list. It has very low recoil, and has a 2-shot kill with the .50 BMG ammo.
I feel like almost all the guns in vanguard can get u kills and compete in mp but ppl dont want to leave their comfort zone with the stg and mp40

There is a disgusting near 0 recoil BAR setup I made in custom, 68 dmg bullets, only downside is a real slow ADS, not quite as slow as the SVT but almost as slow.
Use gunho on the volk with attachments that lower your Sprint out speed and buff your ads speed along with recoil control and put on Russian short magazines 260 Ms ttk with no Sprint out time and good range that can beat out smgs
