I don't journal about my failure, I mean I do sometimes but most of the time I record myself video dairy some of them include me crying! But now when I look back at that it brings tears in my eyes in a positive way! Like just seeing my younger version even if the video is 2 months old , trying something and failing at it, gives me an immense amount of strength! So this is ur sign that starts recording video diaries!

Thank you tam ,this is the first time I ask for something like this ,but can you make one about the fear of success. I see myself as a successful person,yet I know I have more to achieve I'm working to get there right now, because it's pointless for me to do nothing,but many years ago I was kinda of a workaholic that I only focused on being better suddenly I had an artblock ,I felt like my success was holding me back from improving my mental health, physical health, getting out of depression.I know I'm better now than not to focus on myself yet I'm still scared of the potential I know I'm gonna achieve because it might make me blind to see what's more important,also because,now I'm deciplined for many reasons one of them that I noticed is I'm so busy to fall down and to feel heartbroken I don't know if this is good or bad ,but it brings peace to my mind .so if I may ask for a vedio about the fear of success or if this is lack mindset although I'm working even if I'm afraid
