he said she took crystalized MDMA, which means it was mixed with crystal meth. Pure MDMA doesn't cause this kind of shit, but often people will give you meth instead if you don't know how to test it. Appearance wise MDMA should be a white pill and crystal would be more yellowish. Either way, get it from someone you trust.

TheMiscellaneous2 unfortunatley you don't have much of a choice if you want to get your hands on an illegal drug; unless you are a chemist yourself and know how to make it. Either way, there are testing kits you can buy to make sure the substance is pure before you take it... worse case scinerio it isn't pure and you have to throw it out but at least you won't be going into a coma.
They put coloured substances through their pills so color is definatly not someting you want to go on. The test is the only reliable way to tell if it contains MDMA. And also, it is possible to have MDMA crystals that don't contain crystal meth.
Robert Fennis true. both MDMA and Meth are amphetamines, and crystalized MDMA isn't good for you either. This is why if you mix a little methylamphetamine in with the MDMA some users might not be able to tell the difference. Some people mix a wide variety of chemicals including Methadrone, PCP or Ketamine to cut costs. It's unlikely anyone would put Cocaine in there seeing as Cocaine is more costly than MDMA, isn't as effective when ingested orally and would essentially defeat the purpose of cutting costs and maximizing high. But yeah, best way is to get a chemical testing kit which will tell you if the MDMA is pure or not.. also good to get it from a trusted source so you won't have to keep throwing out the crap people on the street are selling you and wasting your money :)

My mom (who recently past at 41 from drugs and alcohol abuse) always told us to never try anything unless you plan on doing it everyday for the rest of your life. This really made an impact on our life and now my six younger siblings and I are all out of poverty, have fantastic jobs, and all own our own homes. I wish parents would tell their kids this instead of allowing their kids to think I just want to try it once.

Legalising drugs doesn't stop the illegal underground market of them. Tobacco is legalised and there are cheaper, underground markets for it. Alcohol is legalised and there are cheaper, underground markets for it. The naivety sets in when thinking that legalising something completely stops all the illegal trade of that thing from before it was legalised. The only thing legalisation will do is put the drugs through the government's hands, and they can tax the shit out of them and regulate a fraction of the actual amount that's availible. I smoked weed for years and did ecstasy many times.. It changed me one day and I will NEVER be the same. Luckily over time I began to feel better and I also used CBD and anxiety meds to make myself feel normal as I regained myself but ya all drugs from the street are dangerous.. Even weed if you smoke too much too long.. Put me out of my body and gave me severe axiety and paranoia that lasted months.. Be careful people.

C W It depends on the strain of weed you smoke, if you smoke a strain with very high THC levels and very low CBD levels you're going to get paranoia no matter what. But if you smoke a 5% THC and 15% CBD you will not get paranoia you see CBD counteracts the paranoia effect of THC.

Perfect argument for the legalization and regulation of these substances. If people are going to take them anyway, then why not regulate the market so people don't end up putting some Chinese chemistry experiment in their bodies?
To chime in, I think it is difficult to decide and to figure out who should be the one who decides what is legal and regulated and what isn't. I feel like drugs that have a long track record of safe recreational use should be the first drugs we legalize and regulate. Then we get into this long battle about things like these Chinese crockpot experiments and those scare the shit out of me. I think the vast majority of the time the danger of those will far outway any potential benefit.

So sad that that was the last time she spoke to him... I truly hope our two kids can resist group pressure and will never take any drugs at all.

I've had my close call with a particular drug more than once that almost took my life but looking back, I am blessed because I had no long term repercussions compared to what this poor girl suffered. Prayers for her and her family. I hope in time her brain can heal.

This is an important point to bring up. No matter how close you are with your dealer no matter how much you trust them TEST YOUR DRUGS. After you have confirmed that what you have is indeed 100% what you wanted you need to weigh that dose out to exactly how much is safe for your age, weight, and height and anatomy. After this point and only after this point should you ingest your dose. My heart absolutely goes out to her and her family no one deserves to ever get laced or just flatout lied to. Harm reduction is life saving.

For most people it's completely unrealistic to test subtances for what exactly they are. That requires something like a mass spectrometer.
You can test whether the desired substance is probably present and you can test whether undesirable substances are not present. But you can't know exactly where it is.
Weighing/ dosing is important, but there isn't really any exact guidelines for sex or age or that kind of stuff for most substances. You can only really start low and increase the dose gradually and see how your individual body react.

My best friend took some kind of a drug once, a pill, I don't know the name of it. She has bitten and chewed her lips terribly, lost a few kilograms and was really sick for days, after trying that drug just once. Thank God she listened to us finally and didn't do it again.

Taking drugs doesn't have to be a peer pressure thing if you don't let it. When I was in high school the "popular" group was always the one whose members smoked and wagged school, got drunk, and took drugs. It wasn't the preppy students who ruled the roost. There were many times I was offered something and I always said 'no'. In many circumstances, saying 'no' can lead to bullying because it can make you appear "uncool'" (if you let it). But for me, I refused to act ashamed of saying 'no'. I owned my own decisions and never acted apologetic for diverging from the crowd. When people see that you're confident in your own decisions and that you're not ashamed of saying 'no' then that is a trait many can respect, and often respect and admiration follow when you stick to your guns and behave with integrity. To this day, as a 30 year old, I have never taken drugs of any kind (other than pharmaceutical drugs prescribed for ailment) and nor have I ever been drunk. It isn't an embarrassing thing to not have done so, and more kids need to start realising that.
Not taking any drugs unless they're prescribed by a doctor doesn't make you smarter, it makes you dumber. It's like bragging that you never took a bus or can't drive a car. You might not derive as much benefits from public transport or flying or riding a bicycle than someone else, but there's for sure SOME mode of transport, you would have benefited from.
Also 30 years is by no means too late to profit from a variety of drugs.
