Wisely update your current location to a place where you think companies are in bulk, like Bangalore, Noida, etc. Also for notice period, you have to keep minimum notice period. Thanks 🙏

@@neerajkhurrana283 I have been in IT industry for more than 5 years bro and one thing I understand is that, it’s not only candidates that lies but companies also does when it comes to tech stack that you gonna work. Now regarding job location, it’s completely okay to lie as location is in your hand, you can shift at your ease, and regarding notice period, most companies provides notice buyouts options, you can say to recruiters that if you release the offer then I have options to buyout. P.s you got the offer at the end. That’s the trick.

If you are fresher or entry level candidate then its not deciding criteria to shortlist any profile but if you are experienced then definitely it is important as recruiter knows before hand for your expectations and their budget . Recruiter also gets an idea of growth path and your performance as they can match your salary to the experience you hold .
