You can see the quality of the hard work put into each cookie. I recently found your channel and really like the content you put out! Informative and inspiring. Keep on keeping on
The cookies look awesome! Definitely it shows the hardwork you guys put in making these cookies 👌! A small tip which may help saving some time while making the cookies! If you turn the rotating table clockwise then you may save a few seconds everytime you pick a printed cookie and put it in the baking tray!
Omg love that your wife is in this with you I didn’t know , I will love to hear her talk about her experience as a business owner with her hubby , it’s my future GOAL couples dreams
I appreciate the tip. Yeah, we've tried everything here and found this works best for our icing type. A bit different than most. Will be dropping a video with details about that soon.
Of course! And no, I do not need to put ingredient labels on my baked goods. I'm pretty sure that's standard but could be different based on state? I just never walked into a bakery in any state where they needed labels on their baked goods. The same goes for a cookie. If the customer requests it, I can print one out. Hope that helps. Thanks for the question.
Kai, so much to unpack here! Great video! would love to know the tip (#,name, brand, etc.) you use on the bottles? Then would love a video about you royal icing from start to finish(making, consistency etc.). Love the “FLASH” method. I feel like I have to try that! I soooo want a printer! #goals ALL THE TIPS IN THIS VIDEO! 👊👍
Hey Gabe, great suggestions. I will make an icing video soon, was already on my list of video ideas. I will then make a tip/bag video separately (thanks for this idea)

She's not comfortable with social media much. Maybe she'll get comfortable down the line, but for now, it's all me, haha
Your cookies look so good. I love how you take the time to explain each step - this information is priceless. I wish you had a store in Seattle🥰
Thank you so much. Hey, who knows. Maybe one day 🤞🏼
Your video is awesome! Congratulations!! I love it!
Thank you so much ☺️
You can save a lot of decorating time by using a 20 second flood. It eliminates the time spent on each cookie and a thicker flood dries faster.

Thank you! I love behind the scenes videos, and appreciated the info! Question, though - do you not have to put your ingredient label on each cookie?

Hello thank you-I was wondering why after you sealed the cookie why do you turn them the cookies upside down? Is there any reason for this? Thanks
So I can add the sticker to the back of it.
Also can you recommend a good royal icing brand? Thanks
I actually make my own royal icing from scratch. My next video will be how to make it. Make sure you're subscribed so you don't miss it!
Would you share what your using for your icing?
I don't share my recipes, but if you google royal icing recipes, you can easily find it. Hope that helps. Good luck!
Does the corn starch leave a taste?
Nope. You get pretty much all of it off as well but no. Cornstarch will not leave a taste
I'm just wondering why your worker is not wearing a hair net, When handling food?
Because her hair is tied. Either hair nets or tie it. That's what my inspection requires. Thanks for your concern though
I do not support you not being on camera. We watch to see you bake papi.
🤣 .. I understand. Be back soon!

That girl has her hair tied. That's all my health department requires
