Automotive dent repair technicians sometimes use a glue pulling technique . A hot melt glue and glue pulling tabs with a dent puller.

@@brucekuda6711 Have you tried the automotive dent glue? I assume it's different than ordinary craft glue. If it's strong enough to pull dents out of steel, surely it would work on brass? Unless the nickel plating prevents a good bond.
Im curious becausw i have m1950 stove with a big righteous dent in it. Taking notes.
