We have heard all of this stuff played better from original bands who created this genre since the beginning! I can't stand this anymore! that's an insult to music! were are the new ideas? why do they even form new bands? for what? for copying helloween etc??? i fear metal dies... only repetitions and bad copies we see...
So many people in this fucking country that you're just speaking about the mainstream stuff=high school musical, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, etc.Besides stop bragging about the few bands you got 'cause the US's its stuff too,especially the north metropolitan area(New York,Boston,Washington,through Maine).Metal goes by area in here,and true,there's less support.Power metal's always underground in any country,including yours cause you don't hear power metal on the radio often,do you? Don't lie.

From Brazilian bands I only listen to Angra and Shaaman, but this sounds also great. I think that Brazilian singers have quite similar voices or styles of singing. Many of these remind me of Edu Falaschi
Heck yes!!! The fact that Almah is on this list is amazing. Like nobody knows about them, which is sad since it essentially spawned from Angra, one of the biggest power metal bands ever.
I Completely Agree Dragonforce is amazing, their live performances are amazing (if you go) video quality on phones isn't gonna let you hear shit and these people need to realise that lol
I am Brazilian, and say that this list the only ones with some quality is Almah and Soulspell. The others are as bad as the crap Dragonforce! However, there are many bands in the U.S. better than all these.

soulspell is more like a project, just like avantasia and ayeron but only with brazilian power metallers in my opinion, and they are on their second album already

o cenario do metal melódico brasileiro é simplesmente um puro cover do angra, a única banda boa, já não existe mais, "holly sagga".
