I've only missed running 1 day in the past 4 weeks, and 5 days in the past 8 weeks. I don't set out to run every single day - sometimes you need a rest, or there are other priorities. But max of 1 rest day / week works for me - and good to cross train on the rest day.

This is so true. We had big land so when I was small I used to run around everywhere and was always small. Then when I got to middle school I was just eating so much junk food and not exercising cause my friend group was like that too. I’m really heavy now but am trying to get back into shape. Put on some headphones, don’t over do it to start off( a lot of people do), run with friends, run in the mornings to get your days started off better, don’t just do one type of running like distance or sprints, mix it up, have fun with it. I first started running for the physical benefits but after being consistent for over 5 years it’s the mental benefits that have me coming back. Running is all about breaking mental barriers and everyone even professionals know that it’s not always fun but that’s all part of the process and even more reason to love running

I hated it in the beginning too but I was feeling the results and started to love it. So many things were changing for me and I didn’t want to stop. If you really don’t love it then don’t force it. Find something you do love and do that!

On day 85 of everyday...its going great just wanted to know some tips abouy adding more muscle mass onto your body.
I'm quite skinny and i can feel running is making me more lean but i lack the muscle mass. Also keep up the great work my man👏🏼

lets go Denzel!! Would you consider adding strength training into your routine 2-3 times a week? That's probably your best bet!

Denzel Ndlovu I wouldn’t go too hard during s&c workouts but if you don’t feel up to it the next day, just take a day off, you’ll feel great the next day

Yeah man it's a problem if the weight increases even by 6-7 lbs. Like my ideal weight is 124-125 lbs for marathon. I m like 5'6. If I am little heavier my timing gets worse quickly. So form and weight is crucial and makes big difference.
