Another great video and story. You take us to places I may never visit. The music was so fitting for the narration and cinematography. Then Michelle ends it with Sherman’s Deli.
You did a wonderful job showcasing this place. We were there about a month after you, we drove through, but were too intimidated to get out and walk around. I enjoyed seeing your video. Thank you for sharing!
Interesting, strange, compelling, creepy, fastinating all rolled into one. Thanks for sharing. As always, love the narration. And love Brian's faces. Cracks us up. Garry and Marilyn.
Oh how I loved the ending 😂. This place has a somewhat spiritual vibe to it. Hard to believe that it exists in the middle of the desert. Great video. Thanks
Hey Brian and Michele, Judy and I were there a couple years ago. Interesting place! Along the beach was millions of fish bones. Couldn’t believe how many bones. Happy Trails!!!
You did a great job covering this. Many have no clue it exists. Proof positive that one persons junk is another’s treasure 😉 Honestly, it gives me major anxiety! 😂
Hi Brian and Michelle! ❤. Believe it or not , Bombay Beach was a fun place back in the late 60’s. We would camp right on the beach and swim in the Sea, ride dune buggies, and sit by campfires . Those were fun times back then. Things have definitely gone downhill since then. 😢. Hope you got your coconut -cream pie, Michelle! 😊❤
Glad you enjoyed at least some of it. We always hope that every video has a little something for someone, realizing that you can never have something that everyone will enjoy. 😉
Really appreciate this video. It was so touching. Lot of travelers, would have bypass this. Thank you so much for sharing...God bless, and safe travels.
This was excellent coverage of Slab City. I've seen a few RUclips videos that were very good. Your video is top 10 golden. Did I smell pie baking there at the end?
Thanks. We didn’t go around and interview a bunch of people like some others have. Just didn’t feel right doing that and didn’t want to create a lot of drama about the place. They’re just people like anyone else trying to survive and have their times of trial just like anywhere else. So appreciate the kudos. 🧡😊🤓
At least they r not homeless taking government handouts been one of your first followers u r one of my fav. Some very talented artist painters builders need hand sanitizer for sure .. love my own bathroom..many say God very very few say JESUS Thanks greetings from NC and just one more mile
That’s a normal feeling. There were other tourists walking around as well. There are parking areas for tourists to get out to check out different things/artwork and their shops. I think it’s when we see something that doesn’t look “normal” to us, it is natural to be afraid.
They want to show people what they're done. Art is a passion. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt you to talk to people around there. I would give you more understanding about humanity 😁
SUPER COOL VIDEO! We can only know God, creator of the universe, through His Son Jesus Christ, who lived and died and rose again because He LIVED the PERFECT LIFE! His righteousness belongs to those who believe in him. Jehovah Tsidkenu first mentioned in Jeremiah 23:6
Wow Brian, the intro was very well spoken. This is a beautiful story. I wonder if he felt in his heart, this was his purpose. Interesting how the led test results went. Michelle?? Did you get new glasses? :) Cute! #seeyanextweek
Salton Sea truly stinks bad 🤢 Unfortunately the smell travels with the winds and we smell it in the summer . No one could say why they live there other than they want to be left alone ! They picked the perfect spot 😊
You have a mixture of everything here, much like about any city we travel to. So sad seeing the homeless along the streets with obvious mental issues and drug problems. 😢
I just love Dots. Cool ideas and tons of cool clothes 😊
Excellent video. We thoroughly enjoyed. Will put on our list of must see places!

Thanks!
Thank you! 🧡😊🤓
@@LivinRVision always wondered how this worked and how much of it you get?
We have never been the first to view. WooHoo! Always love your videos!
Wow! That's something I never thought I'd see. That's a lot of expression from a lot of people over the years. Thanks for showing us.

I never knew Salvation Mountain existed! So cool. Thanks for sharing.

Been there years ago. Interesting tour. Keep up the good work❤
Oh how I loved the ending 😂. This place has a somewhat spiritual vibe to it. Hard to believe that it exists in the middle of the desert. Great video. Thanks
Thank you for sharing Salvation Mountain. Appreciate you guys
Some items were pretty interesting to look at but I can’t get passed a lot of junk. I agree it’s different nice way to put it.
Hey Brian and Michele, Judy and I were there a couple years ago. Interesting place! Along the beach was millions of fish bones. Couldn’t believe how many bones. Happy Trails!!!
I really enjoyed this place. It just needed a piece of pie painted by Michelle. Great video. Thanks for sharing. ❤❤
😂 🤓
Interesting place, always wondered what the hoopla was about, now I know. Thanks for the tour.
Wow! That is an amazing story! Thank you for sharing it!!!!!
I was referring to Salvation Mountain. BTW ♥️♥️♥️
You did a great job covering this. Many have no clue it exists. Proof positive that one persons junk is another’s treasure 😉
Honestly, it gives me major anxiety! 😂
😂
Truly one of your most “Eclectic” videos Loved every twist & turn ……👍

All I can say is, “unique”. Thank you for sharing.
A couple sessions with your therapist and I’m sure you’ll both be back to normal soon. 😂.
😂 wait… 🤔 define normal 😂
Interesting is the nice way to put it. Some neat things but a lot of junk too.
I thought she was going to come running out with a chain saw in that taxidermy room 🤣
😂
I'm fixin' on movin' there soon. Outcasts of life go there, but they're really living life good. Humble, realistic and simple.
I really liked the painted portraits, very 😎 safe travels! 😁
They were very impressive weren’t they?!
Interesting video
Thank you for going so now I don't have to!!😂
😂 👍🏻
The first part of the video was my favorite.
Glad you enjoyed at least some of it. We always hope that every video has a little something for someone, realizing that you can never have something that everyone will enjoy. 😉
My husband enjoyed the whole video.
Really appreciate this video. It was so touching. Lot of travelers, would have bypass this. Thank you so much for sharing...God bless, and safe travels.
super interesting video, thanks.
I love this video!! What a powerful testimony this man left behind... thank you for showing this place ❤
I’m glad you went, so I don’t have to. ;-)
😂
I’ve heard of slab city. Great video!

Went to see it a few weeks ago. I thought it was a bit creepy! Did not dare to walk around like you two did. I liked Salvation Man!

Great narration
Wow, that looked like a bad dream! Creepy.
Wow…. You couldn’t pay me to go there in the dark 😱
😂👍🏻
A little different, odd, non-traditional, freaky, creepy, cool, with a little splash of darkness here and there. Thanks for the video.
A little Beyond Thunder Dome-ish. ;)
Very interesting!
Wow!! Guess kinda glad you guys decided to film this so we could see it as not a place we would contemplate ever going to! At least "slab city" 🤔
On my very first RV trip, to a rally nonetheless, I arrived after dark and attempted to set up. That was definitely an RV newbie move! 😅😂
That was very different!!!
Wow Brian, the intro was very well spoken. This is a beautiful story. I wonder if he felt in his heart, this was his purpose. Interesting how the led test results went. Michelle?? Did you get new glasses? :) Cute! #seeyanextweek
So glad you enjoyed it. 🧡 Same glasses. 🤓
Definitely different! We were there in the summer snd Slab City was pretty dead. We liked Bombay Beach more.
Yeah, not many stick around in the summer heat. Hot or not, most know to head out before the heat comes.
MAD MAX George Miller and Byron Kennedy have they been to Slab City?
Some of this reminds me of a Mad Max movie
Well I'm now itching
😮I need a shower
And some coconut cream pie
Thank you
😂 🤓👍🏻
Wow 😮
Huh. Don’t know what else to say. And thanks for the video!
Kinda cool, but some art stuff just isn't worth seeing. Hope you all had fun 😊. But you always do a good video, lol Dot looks all kind of special.😅
If you like the first place, you might like Coral Castle in Miami. Dots place was a little too much stuff for me!
Thanks for the suggestion. 🧡👍🏻
Slab City reminds me of something out of a Mad Max movie.
Are they modern day hippies? Very interesting. Love America!
If you are driving through Kansas, check out the city of Lucas.
Thanks for the suggestion! 🧡👍🏻
Interesting video!
This video is very good, however music while talking is too loud. Thank you for all your videos.
Sounds good to me!
You must see “house on the rock“ in Wisconsin. Similar themed artwork
No better way to end an adventure than a visit to Sherman’s Deli.
I would like to know how the summer residents keep cool..
The slabs have a very dark underbelly. watch the documentaries. You guys did good, but it's a scary place once you realise what it is.
We’ve seen, but we didn’t want to go there. Some of those videos were created with the intent to generate views from the drama.
Oh My My
Sherman’s Deli sounds good 😊
Tourist attraction
So odd, we need to see it 28:22 rain in the desert
Wow! Love the starting route at the end and Brian’s face. 😆
Sad to see some judgemental comments.
certainly different :)
Salton Sea truly stinks bad 🤢 Unfortunately the smell travels with the winds and we smell it in the summer . No one could say why they live there other than they want to be left alone ! They picked the perfect spot 😊
Got to be the craziest place you have visited. At least it ended on a good note. Keep putting on the miles and adventures. 🤓🥸😎
Different….. very different.
Uh no! Just a little too creepy for me.
😂 It was very interesting but it can definitely make you feel that way at times.
Too much stuff..gives me anxiety
Sad in so many ways. I am sure some mental illness and drugs involved here. Each to their own.
You have a mixture of everything here, much like about any city we travel to. So sad seeing the homeless along the streets with obvious mental issues and drug problems. 😢
Yall stay together... lol
