• 2 tbsp maple syrup optional, adjust as needed, or honey
• 2 tbsp lime juice adjust as needed
• 2 pinches salt
• 10 mint leaves fresh
• 3 cups mineral water natural, carbonated (Perrier)

Can we blend the mint leaves in the blender with the watermelon?
I personally don’t like the taste of mint blended into watermelon juice. It feels too strong to me and I prefer the subtle mint flavor released by steeping the leaves.
