Hi, again Michael! Just watched for 2nd time & it was still good (the ending didn't change). I have a couple questions that made me watch again; QUESTION 1) can freezer paper be cut successfully with CRICUT EA2? If so shiny side up or down & which is best mat to use. 2) I've tried to download the "squad" design & each time it offers the dinglehopper design. What am I doing wrong? Old age is catching up with me but keeping up with youngins (like you) keeps me going😊

This looks neat but i agree, not much liking the color mixing. I think you could maybe somehow cover one section up to spray some in one color and the rest in another? Still pretty cool!
I think the teal and purple could have had a better outcome without the gold. The yellow of the gold and the purple never had a chance. Otherwise, this was a great idea! Thank you for sharing!
I've done the spray die/paint quite a few years ago and it turned out really good. I made several shirts at the time. I just did one color designs but then I added hot fix rhinestones which really elevated the overall design. I actually used freezer paper so I could iron down my stencil as my design was very large. Now that I have a Cricut, I might try using it to make my stencil especially if I was going to do letters. Great project!
Cricut is not garbage, its just different. That was harsh! Saying its not your favorite is better because you are using a Cricut machine afterall! There are worse HTV out there!!
Nope, it’s garbage, lol! As someone who’s tried nearly every type of vinyl/HTV on the market, the Cricut brand’s quality is subpar and extremely overpriced. Their machines are good, no complaints there, but their materials are disappointing. Edited to add: I just remembered one worse than Cricut… the Paper Studio brand, lol! That’s awful! Lol! I can buy Siser, StarCraft, etc. at a fraction of the price of Cricut’s brand and it’s easier to use AND it lasts much longer. Cricut cheaped out on their production of the materials and it’s super disappointing. Especially because they think they can charge an ungodly amount of money for it and they expect us to be stupid enough to go along with it lol

I think I'd try it but flip arms to the back, and part of the bottom so they did get covered..other than that it looked cute.

Looks cute! but seems like a huge waste of permanent vinyl that is not cheap for a one time use.
You could actually use clear contact paper

I loved making shirts for a 5k obstacle race my family did! I used the spray and stencil method and loved it

I feel like there could be a layering process with multiple pieces removed at different stages of the spray painting.
