I can speak for all Cardiff fans when I say that Vincent Tan is dragging our club through the mud yet again. Nobody is happy with what him and the chairman are doing. They are embarrassing our club and fan base because we all believe this should have been resolved quickly and ethically. Such a shame that our club has become a laughing stock due to this situation and our on field performances. Not to mention the managerial changes

As a Cardiff fan, this is Tan. I have supported my team through some utter crap this season and have done with the whole changing-to-red conundrum. We are in the wrong, well Tan and the upper management is. The facts are he signed for Cardiff, he was announced as a Cardiff player and was on his way to Cardiff. The main overriding fact is this though… two people unfortunately died. Just put this to bed and pay for the player. Let his name be remembered for his excellent career up to his unfortunate passing and not be brought up for legal battles.

That isn't the issue tho - Nantes' agent in the deal put him on that plane. Cardiff offered a separate flight which was turned down; our case is that Nantes are liable for his death and therefore any financial loss that it caused to us as a club. Its awful that it comes to this bickering but in the cold light of day why should we pay 15m quid when we don't have to.

Cardiff said he wasn't their player as not to pay Nantes the transfer fee. Now after losing the 3 court appearances, they now say he is was a Cardiff player, so they are claiming damages for 110 million of lost revenue. They still haven't paid the transfer fee or compensation to Emiliano Sala's family after promising they would. This stinks, using every way possible to avoid paying up, and now wanting to make money out of the whole situation. Kick them out of the league I say. The club is rotten to the core, they used to boast they were bigger than Barcelona. What a joke.

This story has nothing to do with football. Somebody got on a crap airplane ( his choice) everyone involved in this including the late player had and have millions in the bank, you take the money and make your choices.

Why isnt no legal action being taken towards the company employing the pilot even though he was in the wrong. Weather he told the player or not about the conditions he should have refused to fly. I bet he was getting a good pay from it so thats why he risked taking the flight. I'm sure the player would have refused to use him. The place where they flew from should have checked the pilot out. The private company who arranged it all needs to be sued heavily.Eaither way its so so heartbreaking like, brought a tear to my eye. R.I.P Sala thoughts are with your family ❤

Looking at the comments I'm yet to see any objective reasons why its wrong for Cardiff to do what they are doing. Its all emotion from what I can see. And why are Talksport acting as if a court case in another continent is such a hardship on his family in Argentina.

it's his job and duty not to let the club he destroyed over an act of god they couldnt control. the two clubs should have split the costs between them from the start as a sign of good faith. dont envy the cardiff side having to either roll over and watch the club's demise or be vilified as cartoon villains by a bunch of fat boomers watching on tv at home

Not a Cardiff fan so I have no dog in this fight. CASS where always going to side with Nantes, there’s a perception of let the rich Prem club pay for it. I think the CCFC should fight this tooth and nail. Whoever put him on that plane is responsible for this.
