What trim level do you choose and why? EX-L, Sport-L, Touring, Elite? What minivan is the best in class for you? Thanks if you decide to Subscribe! Jeff
The Elite but not until Honda adds a hybrid. 19 city mpg just doens't cut it when Toyota gets 36, the Pacifica plug-in is super efficient, and Kia's new hybrid is over 30.
@@alexmassengale433 This is more dependable though. V6 more power. Quieter. Why are you concerned with the mpg small difference when the Sienna will cost you 10k more?
Seems like there’s not much reason to upgrade from EX-L until you get to Elite (Touring is nice but at that point I’d rather upgrade to ventilated seats and better audio system)
I really wanted an odyssey, but the lack of a hybrid engine makes it hard to buy over the Sienna 😭. I have a 2016 t&c that is barely holding on, I might be able to get one more year out of her
Here's where they cheaped out- LED 'tail' lights meaning just the running lights. They can't figure out LED 'BRAKE' lights and turn signals! Incredibly outdated look from behind. Plus the bulbs will burn out much quicker.
How do I disengage that unlock at the door handle, I’ll be sleeping in my van while traveling and the remote will be inside of course , so anyone can put their hand inside my door handle to unlock it ?? I still have my 2010 crv so all this technology for a 64 year old is a little overwhelming for me. Please tell me I can disable that feature. I’ve only got up to pg 100 so far in the 600 page manual so forgive if I’ve missed it 😊. I’ve only had my 2025 for 3 days now , I do love this van I have to say ! 🙋🏻♀️
Honda engineering have thought about this scenario. If you lock your car with the key FOB from inside the car, it will then be armed with proximity sensor from the outside turned off. So, no one can just walk up and open your door, you would need to unlock the car from within to allow them access.
It is so ugly and long overdue for a redesign. I was really hoping the 2025 model will come with a new design inside out. Honda Odyssey is behind for it's time. Sure, it's reliable however who said a minivan can't be reliable and better looking. The technology is also behind on this. No 360 display, no HUD, no hybrid option, no AWD, no panaroma roof for the rear and I could go on and on!

Sienna doesn't get that. Just on paper

@@cmil1212 Agree Sienna XLE cost same as Elite. Also Sienna doesn't offer 8 Seating on all trims also magic slide feature like honda do.
Honda need to fix the A/C vents to to top like it was before.
This guy is a whole vibe! Whoooo! 😂🎉❤🤙
Woooooo! Thanks for watching haha
This is a great video! Thank you so much 😊
Thanks!!!!
Nice work brother thank you so much
well informed thanks brother
Can you do a review on the Honda Pilot?
Jeff, Will the Odyssey's journey end with a hybrid? 🤔
I like what you did there with the epic journey. Yes it should!
Likely in 2029
My 2021 Elite also has vacuum cleaner in the back left. Is that completely gone from newer models?
Yes
Elite only. You want cooled seats. The time to be nice to yourself is now.
Honda cooled seats suck
Surprisingly very few differences between all the models.
SPORT-L WINS!!😊

Wait. People want hybrids? Not regular gas? I am so confused. Why
@@thepatternforms859confused? How so? I drove a Sienna hybrid for two weeks and it got 34-36 mpg the whole time! It was awesome!
@@mellow_mel1313 the vehicles are insanely complicated, expensive to work on and repair, and not as reliable.
@@thepatternforms859they are improving :) I’ll definitely do some more research! I know several happy hybrid owners who have owned multiple hybrids
I agree. Ill be patient and wait till they make it more user friendly @@thepatternforms859

I like honda odyssey. But i don't like gear transmission used
Which would you buy
I like the top one because I like more features :)
How could the EXL be entry level now
i hate wen dealer take tge plastic off the car and dont ask
That pained me
Nice video but some of your comments are too cheesy.
Who doesn’t love 🧀🧀🧀🧀🧀
waaaaaaaay toooooooo cheeeeessssy.... cut it out, NOW!
This van needs a full redesign.
Nah it looks awesome. Fit and finish is top notch. No giant tv screens or ev bs needed. No additional nanny systems.
Still the best design imo.
Both front seats are too short. No support for behind the knees. Second row seats are more comfortable than front seats.
@@bobgonet6107 probably fits everyone differently as I have not noticed this issue. Too long of a bottom seat would be a problem in my opinion
@@ericdolby1622go buy an suv if you don’t want those features lol
