Hate him all you want but we’ve had a quality transfer window so far, got rid of plenty of deadwood and got in prem experienced players. Something fans have been calling for a long time.
Get Locatelli in and it’s a 10/10.

Locatelli lacks pace, isn’t strong in tackles, isn’t effective in aerial duels, and is slow in possession. He basically has nothing to do with Angeball.

Reading through the comments, I fear if we don’t get off to a good start, the fans will be on to Ange.

It’s good our talented youngsters are getting loaned. They can come back fighting for a first team place and they’re home grown.
Locatelli isn’t the type of midfielder we need. I want Ugarte or someone of that ilk. I think it could be that guy at sporting

Well, this window is about a 6 out of 10. Im glad we got Gray and Solanke, but outside of that there's been no real sign that we're trying to level up as a club. A Calafiori or Eze would've really stepped us up in my opinion.

• Excited for Odobert, Moore & Yang even tho it's a risk but hopefully one of the 3 can be the longterm replacement for Sonny.
• Solanke #9 next season probably
• I would look to put Solomon in the deal for Joao Gomes
• Lo Celso to Roma or Betis will fit best for me, Serie A or La Liga suits Lo Celso.
• Devine just needs to get a club that will play him 24/7. Devine to Sunderland or Luton seems like the best moves to do.
• Hopefully by January Donley moves to a championship team but surprised he didn't join Chris Davies side.
• Joao Gomes should be the midfielder we should be chasing not Locatelli.
Great to see the youngsters getting loans for getting competetive football into their growth. Another youngster signed , and no LB talk, lots of talk on average players ,can't get excited if lose Lo Celco getting someone to hold a key role that will at times need to adapt into pivot box four requires energy and movement , so only good is not the standard of excellence required. The game will have to adapt this season,variation all to the betterment of the options ,all paths open ,let's get it done and impact everyone , shock and awe ! CoyS!
Our signings have been excellent to be fair, but we are still struggling to move others on. Still really really can't see Ange playing youngsters in significant games.
Hope Wilson Odobert is a better player than Brennan Johnson.
I think he's going to be much better on the dribble and much better at taking on defenders 1v1. Burnley fans actually fancied him as a number 10 but he can play on either flank as well. I think we are in for a treat.
Not against locatelli not sure he's perfect for the 'ange ball' system but it makes me question more why we signed grey for 40m

Bergvall has the passing ability. Locatelli does not add above Biszouma for physicality he is a more holding version.

As soon as Odebert gets signed in, please drop Brennan Johnson to the bench ASAP. He is the weakest link to our first line attack, he just lacks a competition for his spot. Cannot take on one-on-one, no good shot accuracy or power, no goal scoring ability, poor crosses, very poor in the air...he is just not a Spurs class.
I tend to agree that Solomon has played his last game for Spurs. It's unfortunate how things have worked out for the guy after suffering a season long injury. Whatever happens, I wish him well

Ange barely wanted to play him last year even when Maddison was out. Lo Celso isn't strong enough physically or mentally for the premier league, he loses battles constantly. He can be decent in other leagues.

It's a shame these youngsters didn't go out on loan earlier so they could have bedded in during their pre season so more likely to play. Instead we kept them around getting the fans all excited thinking they were going to feature for the first team when they never were in the plans
People saying lo celso physically ain’t good enough? The guy is tenacious and has technical abilities that are better than the rest of our midfield! He was our best player when he did play

Locatelli is an awesome player. Most Juventus fans regard him as their best midfielder.
He can hit a long pass which is rare for a defensive midfielder. On the negative side one of the other comments thinks he's slow and can't tackle. Sounds like Tom Huddlestone.
He would walk into our midfield, he is a very good two footed footballer which can read the game strong defensively and great range of passing.
