I’m all for having your firearm legally but almost 7,000 confiscated in airports last year….. don’t people know they can’t travel with their guns…. That’s just being stupid.
Americans are careless and live a "fast" life, mistakes are bound to happen and statistics reflects it, having a dogmatic approach to punishment is not the solution, hopefully this man face a fair judgement and learn from his mistake

Zero sympathy. Why do Americans think that their laws are the same all over the world? Most people DO research travel advisory. Heck, even for all-ins!
Using this to judge and generalize Americans is ridiculous. What we can definitely get from your comment is that you don't read or listen. There is no indication that these people did not research the travel advisory. They simply grabbed a bag to the airport and the bag had some bullets that they did not know was there and that clearly wasn't caught by TSA in the US or even any of the scanners when they were entering Turks and Caicos. Sounds like these people made a mistake. People are human, humans make mistakes. If they had a gun that would be a whole different story but this guy had a few bullets. "You're not in Kansas anymore"
Irresponsible. I use bags for all sorts of work that have tools you cannot fly with. When I pack for vacation I always make sure none of that stuff is in there. It's seems like common sense to do that.
Sorry but its not hard to check regulations before traveling and its not hard to check your bag to travel. Give me a break. What the hell do you think they should do? Say its okay to carry ammo? Craziness. God wants His people to follow laws. Are these people for real? Is this the mindset of 40 year olds today? Lord help us. Disgusting news story. Straighten up and do your due diligence and be responsible.
so these american think they are above the law
