- With small gloves and needs for flexibility in grips, wrapping for MMA is a different game than wrapping for boxing. Stitch runs through wrapping hands for guys working with a transition game.

HE has a way and I am sure developed over the years, to Relax you just
enough before fight time as he wraps your hands before the fight!

Where can I get the half inch tape ? I'd like to buy all this stuff all at once. I have a fight coming up,I want my corner man to practice wrapping my hands like this a few times before the fight. #someonehelp
Message your former coach see if he can help me out with a set for my fight. I'll buy it not looking for a hand out just some help, my fights on November 16th. I'm having a tough time finding the right set. If you could point me in the right direction

If that’s the KO wrap then the Tapout wrap would be a wrap that allows for more grappling i.e. no thumb wrap and flexibility or movement to help grab & hold on, shame he doesn’t do UFC wraping anymore total bs they fired him best in the business for cutman and wraps

the camera angle wasn't real great. I couldn't see some of the small details, like tape placement mainly. I could see where he stuck the tape on top hand but I couldn't see what he was doing on the palm and I could tell he wasn't just sticking it on there.

I couldn't see what was going on the thumb side, also he doesn't allow the camera to view the hand 360 deg. when finished.
Unified MMA rules say you can go over the top of the hand twice. He covers it twice, places the KO tape, and then covers it a third time. How does this pass inspection?

What is he using to wrap the hand
He's using title old school gauze, and for tape stitch duran bad boy tape, its war tape with his name on it... I would recommend JP Armor Tape you can find on eBay ... much cheaper and I think it's the same quality if not better...

I'm actually talking about when he's putting the tape between the fingers Corey. he sticks the tape on the palm somehow and goes between the fingers. you can't see how he's sticking it on the palm but you can tell he isn't just sticking it on there.

he also pinch the tape before pulling it between the fingers, also allow gauze in between the fingers for the tape to lay on.
Why dont they just use normal wraps? Its much more convenient
yaseen Sadan wrapping with gauze and tape is mainly used for fights, not everyday practice. You forgo convenience for safety since the fighter will be punching MUCH harder than they do in practice and the gloves are a smaller size, so there is less protection for the fist.
