The best in the biz
#Stitch was my coach in kickboxing about 5 years ago.
My first kickboxing match I was scared... The minute he sat me down
he put those wraps on and I immediately went from Scared to "This is Awesome!!!"
Fear gone...
I literally said, "Is this legal? My hands feel like weapons now!" hahaha.,..
Stitch nr.1 💯
Robert it's just a pair of scissors
nice
cool
i'm wondering: what is the tool Stitch is using to "compress everything" after he finishes taping?
The back of a pair of medical scissors. 👍
what I dnt get is why u wrap ur hands with hand wrap while u train but wen u go to a fight they wrap with goss and tape whats the difference but c u train longer then u fight in the cage and u wear different wraps
because most fighters do not have access to a cutman every time they train. Ideally yes, it would be awesome to have a pro guaze/tape wrap every time you punch stuff, but it's expensive (probably 10-15$ worth of materials every time your hands are wrapped). Guaze/tape wraps are much stronger, and with the palm properly exposed actually have great flexibility and are very comfortable to wear.
Look at the palm of his hand. No skin showing. This fix is in.

Sometimes they expose the palm sometimes they dont.
Jesus how much tape?! Lol. Might as well make a cast...
Its called a knockout wrap...
You Canelo fans are the last to complain about wraps
