that's because i think the game is actually based on the story of MF Ghost, check it out it's quite nice, although at the moment it is only a manga they are working on the anime as we speak, there's a trailer of it somewhere on youtube
It's rubbish, their playtest is free and you get instantly approved. It's just an asset flip currently using SEGA's copyrighted name, the gameplay is terrible and the content is non existent. It is definitely an 'indie' game.
Added it to the wishlist, loved these games at the arcade and when I got into Sim racing this is all I ever wanted to use my rig for, hope it comes out soon and gets a good launch!
