PNE was lack luster this year cuz of the restrictions and pandemic. Usually it's jammed full of people, rides, games, food places, useless stuff to buy, shows and concerts...lots and lots of fun. Hopefully when you visit there again in the future you can experience all that. I'm a new subscriber...love the content!!

After eating all that carnival food I'm surprised that you both weren't constipated and then you had the spicy killer ramen. You boys have cast iron stomachs. The attempts of the couples yoga positions was giggle to watch. Your jog along the water has inspired me to do a lot more activity out doors and just not in a gym. But then again I might feel like Jasper after all is said and done. Very enjoyable vlog.

I want to share my experiences with you guys about fatigue.
Drinking apple cider vinegar with water helps to recover from fatigue. Drink instead of coffee as soon as you wake up in the morning. The taste is not as bad as you think. It was especially good for muscle pain after work and work out and now I drink it every day and always add apple cider vinegar to my salads.
The fact that fermented vinegar won the Nobel Prize three times in 1945, 1953 and 1964 Physiology or Medicin
