Cool video bro!!! Yeah you gonna have hits and misses with Stems, and that's even on Serato, and the MPC software version. It differs from sample to sample, but at the same time I believe it'll sharpen up with future updates. Keep doing your thing bro!!🙏🏾✊🏾💚
I think standalone stems will work great for you specially with your LoFi style.
No software or plugins are made perfect. MPC Stems for 10 bucks is a great value. Great tutorial!

PHILLY STAND UP!!! I have the MPC X SE and the Key 61. I didn't expect it to be better than the software version but better than what they released. For a standalone version this is a disappointment. I understand the limitations of the hardware etc but maybe they should have waited till it was useful for more than trashing the sample. Thanks for the vid Bro 🙏🏾
Yooo Bro!!! Thanks for watching! But Ya know what??? So I've been watching and learning from some other producers Ex "Malo Beats", and he used some AWESOME plug ins and effects on his Standalone vinyl stems, and they came out GREAT!!! So, I'm gonna try this again with some other vinyl and music sources and try using those other plug in/effects Ex: Air Soft Clipper and a few others, and see what kinda results I get #Salute
Dope video my boi. Much respect for this, you doing your thang homie. I think some people are expecting magic. BuT I feel if you can get something out of using this tool, then its a win. Feel me. (PAUSE). building a library of samples to use for whatever is the ultimate goal
PS. Go get that air flavor pro. Its definitely worth the money. Just for texture alone. It also adds a little glue to your main outputs

It could definitely be better. I see vinyl results are similar to my results.

Yeah i didnt like how that melody came out! They definitely need to fix it and update it. Ita nkt really that good on the controller mode either tho

better to filter than to stem...nothing is usable to me...sounds too digital
I actually had pretty good results on Controller mode STEMS, and I'm going to try shorter samples and other sample sources in Standalone as well, I'm not good with filter processing... But that's a great suggestion... Thanks for watching I appreciate 🙏🏽 your input #Salute 🫡
