- Hope you guys are enjoying our surprise that came out yesterday!
Many of you have asked why David Hasselhoff joined this project. So we decided to ask him, the 80's way with our JVC GR-AX 460 VHS Compact Analogue Camcorder.

I sadly grew up to notice that my 80's heroes weren't as awesome as I thought them to be. This is the biggest exception
Wow... what an incredible insight to what is most likely going to end up being hailed as the most indescribably incredible events that our eyes will withstand. CANT WAIT
Love it! Now I just need to see the film.
I love how the Hoff keeps calling David a "kid" endearingly :3

My childhood hero. Still my hero :)
I didn't like kungfury, but that isn't to say it's not a good piece of art, because it is, it's just not something that I enjoyed, I think hasslehof understands art more than people think.
Where can I get his jacket???
Well said by The HoFF! couldn't have worded it better myself
Don't Hassle the Hoff Baby!!! 😎😎
So, Googling the camcorder model has screenshots from the Making Of videos as the second and third results.
A) That shirt is superfly.
B) Amen to any speak about not being a follower. Not one person on this planet that is celebrated as a "success" by society achieved the inspirational and original by living a life of taking orders or chasing trends they had already missed the boat on. Society celebrates originality that is beneficial, inspiring, progressive, etc.. Why exist if you're not doing something that other people are grateful for? We have enough people dying filled with regret that they never did anything that actually mattered, even if they were millionaires, and even those that weren't. What we need is for more people to share their vision of a better world. The reality is that people are their own biggest obstacle to achieving their dreams, confined to a fear-based conception of what they're supposed to be and what they are and are not allowed to do. Afraid that they'll look stupid for even trying to do something amazing, when every successful person on this planet has tried and failed, over and over before they got to where they are now. There's too much fear in society today, especially 1st-worlders - the people who are the most educated and capable of doing great things for the rest of the world. Kung Fury, to my mind, is proof that with enough drive, passion, and most importantly: belief in oneself, beautiful and innovative things can be achieved. The same goes for everyone who manages to see project through that society celebrates.
I believe we all will be watching it a lot when it is finished and take pride in being backers ;)
I'm confused... LOVED the short film IMMENSELY but was is 3d? I watched it in digital 3d but don't have 80's 3d red-blue technology.
Wow
I want his jacket!
Law's Other Stuff of Interest Get in line.
You guys just need to include Hasselhoff in your next movie
“It’s about saving lives, not taking lives” are you sure?
Roligt att man hör Martin Gärdemalms ljuva stämma i bakgrunden.

Is there actually a release-date set as of now? Kinda curious, didn't follow news around this for quite some time.

Let's be honest we all remember David from the spongebob movie
Uh.. well that was a bit weird. Did he know what he was really getting into? That it's basically a joke?
Vermilicious I think it's a mistake to assume that the creators behind this huge project put all this time and effort into something they consider nothing more than a joke.
It's more of an honest hommage to the 80's, and they did put a lot of effort into making it seem authentic and make it look great.
Well, he spoke of the movie like it had some deeper meaning. Maybe for him. To me it's just a great 80s tribute. David Hasslehoff was always an odd one, I guess.
Vermilicious I agree, it seemed really weird and out of place to see him interpret some deeper meaning into the movie. Well, it's still great that he's on board for the song though.
+Vermilicious TV is mostly talking heads- so I think he is speaking to tone and what can be inflected by the actor onto the words- in that regard he speaks truthfully to the spectacle of performance ('smoke and mirrors' that most 'see right through.')
480p uh dat details tho
lol he has no idea what he's doing.
