I could understand Japanese and Chinese since Japanese built their written language on Chinese, but Korean was made pretty much from scratch and looks nothing like the other two

As much as I enjoyed that "Going Up" level and really loved watching Ryu play it you can't imagine the level of anxiety I felt every time he would make it further up only to keep getting knocked down. lol Honestly this man has the patience of a saint.. He doesn't loose his shit EVER!! I would've turned off the game after 3 times of getting bonked by those annoying ass snowballs lol

Every time Ryu calls a Korean level Japanese, I expect the video to suddenly be replaced with a "banned for hateful content" message. However, that he did it 11 days after National Liberation Day and proceeded to get absolutely bodied seems fitting.
The title, by the way, translates to "last winter stairs thanks you"
Last winter stairs had the soul of a proper getting over it/only up game in that he couldn’t die or take damage. He could just lose progress and time out. So the only thing that could end a playthrough (barring an endless run with limited lives) is your own frustration
