Thank you for a very clear tutorial. . I just finished my first of this kind today but wasn't sure how to finish the insides. Tomorrow I'll do it again!! What a blessing it is to have this sewing skill. I appreciate more and more in my life and I love watching other sewists//designers save a dying art.
This was an amazing tutorial, it helped me a lot! There are almast no other options on the internet to make a dopp kit with a nice, proper lining like this one. I hope you one day make an updated video with a clarified explanation and some tips on how to size the leather and the corner cutouts. Then people could make any variety of dopp kits.
PS: To anyone reading this who is thinking of making one, a ladder stitch can be used to close the hole in the lining very nicely.

Someone told me to double the fabric measurements first,then do the steps ,I did and it's too big

I'm using a Techsew 2700 pro. Which has been discontinued, but the Techsew 2750 would be the closest model.
