Thanks for saying ‘don’t freak out’. There seems to be such online hype and so much scalping in my area that I’ve gotten discouraged of jumping into this line.
There are a lot of store scalpers out there tho. I legit rechecked my target this morning and some guy was already there as with a shopping cart full of everything turtles related, doubles on the toon stuff too. It was the only time I’ve seen stock so far this haulathon. It was discouraging. Hopefully online works out.
I'm so glad I got this one. I know they're just re-releases for the disguise pack with more accessories, but I could never find that pack and the cartoon turtles before that pack were always in two-four packs. So, I'm happy to finally get these turtles now individually.
We'll probably get at least one more variant of this mold at some point down the line. There's still the big design revamp from season 8 (Red Sky). "ENOUGH! Of the good guys stuff. Turtles get tough the season".
There was only one there and a few days later I realized he has the angry eyes. Apparently I got an unintended variant and it makes him look creepy af with the puppet. 😂
The Puppet is of artist Guy Gilchrist. Gilchrist managed the publishing and merchandising for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and other franchises.

I ain’t going to lie I would like the old shows remade with updated graphics. I wouldn’t even mind if it wasn’t new episodes.

Why was the previous release called "Style Guide"?
The lighter green is how they appeared in the shows style guide. The green can be seen in various merch tie ins as well.
