I live in Boston and my girlfriend recently told me a story about how, before we met, she, her family, and her boyfriend at the time all went on a trip to South Carolina. My girlfriend is Italian and Portuguese, so she can get very tan but is still technically white, and her ex was pasty white. One time at a diner in SC, the waitress warned her and her bf that they should be careful where they drive because people might think they were an interracial couple. That would never happen in Boston.

The big thing they fail to account for is that southern states like MS, AL, and TN also have the highest percentages of black residents. So really, this isn't that surprising at all.
Before I watch this video, I want to point out that the title of this video gives me the impression that the video is full of assumptions about a whole group of people.
As a southern white, I can assure you that the stereotype exists for a reason. Certainly not EVERYONE is racist, but sometimes it feels that way. My city is still as segregated as it was in the 60's.
When he was saying they have a large asian population it wasn't to say that it's the asians that are looking at asian porn but rather people in california seeing attractive asian people and looking up porn based on that intrigue. The south would be the same idea, 12.4% of a population will have effects on the results, but again, it's mainly that the majority will see attractive black people, and then look up ebony porn, again based on that new found intrigue.

The south isn't as racist as people think. As someone raised up north and now lives in the south I can say its nothing like northerners think.

Exactly, and while it's true that whites are still the majority in these states (as they are in every state), it's possible that their large black populations might be watching more porn than the elderly married white population. If anyone thinks this is a stretch, consider that the #1 search result in Kentucky is "free gay porn" despite the fact that gays are not the majority in any state much less Kentucky.
To be fair, another of the top picks in CA is the term "college". A lot of Asian foreign exchange students attend university in CA (southern California and the Bay Area particularly), and then travel back home once they have their degrees. Perhaps, there is a correlation there. Or, not.

I love how it's acceptable to call an entire region of people racist. I have lived in California my entire life and have seen just as much if not more racism here as Texas and New Orleans which I lived in for couple years total. Oh and by the way I knew before clicking the video that they where ganna say ebony/black. My dads hispanic(raised in new orleans though) and I inherited that as well as my California region specific "asian" fetish.
At the same time you'd think middle aged/older men would be more into younger women, or so the stereotype goes anyway. In a sense its kinda good to see that they still actively fantasize about older women, so said women should stop beating themselves up over aging and should instead make the most out of it.
As a southern white male who has traveled all over. I can honestly say that racism is about the same in Blue States as it is in the Red ones. I'd say that there are more racists in a state like Michigan than there are in a state like Tennessee.

The "ebony" thing is easily explained. Porn is forbidden fruit. Black-white sexual relations are forbidden fruit. There are a ton of black people in the south. Mississippi has more black people than any other state. Atlanta has the most concentrated number of black people.

I think in a lot of the South there still exists the taboo of interracial relationships so it all makes sense if you think about it. What's considered taboo in porn including anal, barely legal teen girls with older men, bondage, etc. is what a lot of people are looking for in general.
