I tried the recipe the salt and yeast were overpowering it give it a salty and fermented or sour taste but it is a great recipe I would recommend to just reduce the amount of salt and yeast if you are making these

Hi Cristina, thanks for watching 🙏🏻 The dough shouldn’t be dry. So next time try to add a little bit more water (you can see the texture of the dough in the video) And you should put enough flour so it’s not gonna be sticky when they flat

Yes, use dry hot pan, transfer the pita to the pan, the top should flip to the button on the pan and the flip each 5-7 sec until puffed. Good luck

Is the sugar absolutely necessary?
The sugar is to feed the yeast but you could use lesser amount or try with honey instead i would think
Olive oil is healthy especially cold pressed extra virgin organic, I heard vegetable oil was unhealthy

You can freeze them. You can microwave just cover the pita with paper towel and microwave and it’s will taste like fresh pita
