      Put your phone in a different room at night. If you can’t do that you can get a timer box to lock it up. 🔒

    Oh geez I use these devices as my coping mechanisms. Sometime my thoughts run too fast that the next moment I forget what I was thinking. I also have problems in remembering.

    Dr. are educational apps, like languaje learning apps are as damaging as Facebook or Instagram increase my anxiety or be a problem for healing my brain from porn or other things?
