  • When our careers begin to stall, it's easy to lose energy and get stuck in a cycle of negativity. After all, as humans, we’re built to look for what’s negative as a way to survive. But that survival tool doesn’t actually help us thrive.
    In today’s blog, I share a simple way to feel more energized, motivated, and focused. TBH, I was resistant to it, but life felt so glum I thought why not try it? And it worked. All the research was correct!
