    Thank you for this video. I took home this machine because the owner didn't realised the descaling process goes through two cycles.

    Hey I got the very same descaler from Coles. I thought to mix the descaling solution according to their directions on the bottle, using a separate container, then filling the water tank to the scored mark a little under half way (on the water tank there is an indicator showing the fill line for descaling) you may have one on yours as we have the same machine. Then start the descaler process. There will be solution left but you can possibly put the rest through another cycle or toss it... just an idea.
    Thanks for the post. Cheers.

    Hello! Thank for the vídeo.
    What is it, if the yellow/orange lamp continue to be light on after ending the descalying process?

    My descaling isn’t working, how can it tell you have put descaled in the water compartment? And do you have to wait until the orange light is just orange and not just flashing intermittently?

    Hi everyone I lost the black key for the discalling mode, it is another way of putting the discalling mode on ?
    I called customer service and they did not help.

    Hello!
    Forgive my english writing, because I am portuguese.
    But I need to make a question:
    Why is it, after ending the descaling process, the led light in the top of the machine, continues to blink?

    • @Jerram89
      @Jerram89  12 дней назад

      @@MIFnc12367a I think it’s because the descaling attachment is still attached. When you remove it the light goes away.

      @@Jerram89thank you; but no! I disattached the acessory and save it, the last/first milk button went off, I disconnected the machine; when I wanted to take a Coffee and connect the machine, the top led in the coffee line, was blinking again!?

    Hi just a question, for the rinsing process, do you only use water or still with the descaling solution?
    I’m a new user so thanks for the tips :)

    • @Jerram89
      @Jerram89  Год назад +1

      Water only for the rinse. Preferably distilled.

    I've done all of this but the descaling light does not turn off and won’t enable me to return to coffee making mode. I switch the machine off and on and still it persists. Haven’t had a coffee since I descaled it last night. Switch it on and descale light flashes. Any remedies please?

    • @Jerram89
      @Jerram89  3 года назад

      Possibly it hasn’t descaled properly - could potentially try upping the concentration of descaling fluid

    • @kietla92
      @kietla92 2 года назад

      I also had the same issue. I upped the concentration of the descaler used about 200ml and FINALLY it went through both the descaling + rinse cycle and the light is now off!
