Excellent video. After nearly 6 years of faithful service, I finally gave my machine a full teardown and clean thanks to this video! The machine runs so much better, it was full of dried coffee at the front spout area, in addition to scale in the internal pipes.
Thank you for sharing this. I was able to fix my machine (it was leaking two streams) and it gave me a moral boost because I fixed something myself. Thanks to you I will have a proud feeling today.
Congratulations man, great, not for everyone to do this without comprehensive manual. Is fairly complex and solid materials used. You are a man of knowledge and patience. thanks for this video.
Thanks to your video, I was able to access the actuator switch and come up with a way to get the max cup size to work again. I was gradually having to press harder and harder to get it to work. While I don't have this exact model, it helped me to get into my machine. Arigato gozaimasu.

Fantastic video my machine wouldn't work this morning and using this as a guide I found the pipe to the brewer head was completely clogged with scale in the machine end, now reassembled and works like a charm
Thanks for sharing this, saved me a a new Lattissima machine. After almost 8 years service, the machine was leaking and making a poor cup of coffee. I striiped and cleaned as per your video, replacing a few suspect components all for £40. Thanks, William.

Maybe of help to others. Our machine had significant leakage into the pod collector tray. I bought a new replacement (Pod unit - not sure of it's name). the new genuine unit also leaked. Being converse in removing this unit I did some checks to see exactly where it leaked from & ascertained that it was the front of the pod not the back & it was after going through the pod. Not being one to ever concede defeat I again removed the unit & on close inspection I found that both the new & the old had poor moldings of the round perforater disk (this is easily popped out with a small screwdriver), the poor molded edge was minimal but meant that the perforater disk did NOT seal properly to the non pod side, there was enough space to allow it to significantly leak into the tray. I removed it, carefully smoothed it with wet & dry (1200 grade) & resembled it. It does NOT need any sealer paste as shown in this video & it is now absolutely perfect, not a drop leaks! It was in fact leaking around 20% previously, chocolate pods were pretty much unusable. Certain pod brands also accentuate any leakage.
Very detailed, useful video guide! Highly appreciated it! Btw, I have realized an injection molding error (do not know the right English term) at coffee outlet, where the 4 small holes are, which I've broke down to avoid further plugging. With my machine the half of the coffee landed in the capsule container due to dry coffee grounds in the outlet. Well cleaned and its working properly again.
Great video. However I've not managed to get the part at 11:10 loose yet. Any hints? (Will skip it for now and hope it's not the cause of the water leak.
Hi thanks for the very helpful video! Few questions: Any silicon grease is safe or specifically food grade ones? is the 60% chemical you are using = alcohol?
@@raykallpermanah6563 Regarding the grease, I only used the type made for coffee machines; try to see if you can find something similar on the market. It’s better than chemical ones because it comes into contact with the coffee. As for the 60%, I used 60% concentrated vinegar, though a chemical one for degreasing everything. Of course, you can use vinegar with a higher concentration if you find it, more than 9%-something like vinegar essence.
