A lot of smart and intelligent people fail sometimes cause the professor is not explaining his material accurately. Some don't take time to brake down lessons. I love how he properly explained it by details and break it down to the simplest terms.

I haven't used my nursing skills for one year after I was licensed, and this was by far the best video for me to understand how to read BP again! tbh, even better than people training me on the spot because there seems to be so much pressure when someone else is there with you! unless thats just me haha..
with this, I can take my time to understand BP and it feels more comfortable for me. In the end its not about which CNA gets the more accurate reading, but its about the resident or patient and reading the most accurate BP for their health. I just got hired 2 days ago at a Rehabilitation facility and some coworkers just honestly PRETEND to know what they're doing.. which, to me, is just unacceptable. I have my mother who had a stroke and I love her dearly. If my mother was ever in one of those facilities and the CNA or nurses read her BP wrong just to "look" good I would be SUPER MAD. because it could lead to another stroke or unnecessary medications...
