There is a staircase in the Loretto Chapel in Santa Fe, NM, which is famous for its “Miraculous staircase, a spiral staircase with a fascinating history and unique construction. Whatever the case, this staircase has become a treasure to the world and me, and it continues to inspire awe and curiosity, blending elements of faith, mystery, and architectural magic.

I believe you. I’m from NM and have been there several times. No one but our beloved St Joseph could’ve built that staircase. There are people who try to take credit for it but it’s too miraculous for any human to accomplish. The glory belongs to God. ❤❤❤

The last time I was there the chapel had been sold and was being run as a business. Hard to believe, but guess the diocese needed the money.

@@bettye444 It’s true but it’s still a Holy Shrine. It made me sad also. Such a wonderful place.

They’ve said that the spruce isn’t identical to the slow growing tree found in Alaska. That specific spruce still hadn’t been found.

I've always known it was Blessed Saint Joseph who answered the nuns' prayers and appeared and built that incredibly beautiful miraculous staircase. God is so good.

It's an interesting story. But claiming that Joseph built the staircase, is not biblical. Nobody comes back from the dead. It's not biblically possible. When one knows the God of the Bible, and knows the Holy Bible, they understand that this story is nothing more than a mythical legend.
