Riot should have been huge. I love both their Hard Rock era, and especially their Power Metal era big time. Thundersteel is a MASTERPIECE!!! It is easily my favorite Riot album. The lineup is insanely amazing. Tony Moore in my opinion is the best lead singer Riot ever had. The power of his singing always gives me chills. Riot should have been a huge band playing in arenas and stadiums all over the world. That is how amazing they are in my opinion.
Their album 'Thundersteel' is pure energy from the begin till the end. That's how speed/power metal should sound. One of the greatest speed/power metal albums ever! This album has nothing similar to Glam whoever wrote such a comment.

It's a damn shame that this video didn't get more air play on headbangers ball. I was a fan before I even knew they had a video fur any of the songs off this tape back in the day, and I watched HBB every weekend, and was shocked to see this come on one night, then never saw it played again.
I remember being into this band as a kid and taping headbangers ball on a vhs tape every weekend. Then wakin up playin the tape and seeing if they played a riot video..(no youtube back then).. Never happened..kept recording over that tape..then one day they played this video...was like i couldnt believe it..... never taped again on that vhs tape again.

Steve Harris was also a huge Queensryche fan back in the 80's...... saw him wearing "Rage For Order" tshirt in some old interview...... funny, since Maiden was one of Queensryche's main influences :D at least early on

Tony Moore is the BEST singer this awesome band has ever had period, i'm sorry but this album & my favorite album by Riot - "Privilege of Power" 1990 .......NONE of Riot's other singers come remotely close to Tony's melodic power.

I used this in a movie I made in college about life after the end of the world [world war 3] along with 'Johnny's Back' and 'Sign of the Crimson Storm'. Wish I still had the tape- i'd put it up here so you all could laugh at the cornball acting lol.
