I lived in Hawaii for 22 years and there are 2 types of Aloha shirts. The first are the ones that are standard work wear like Reyn Spooner, and Cooke Street. The really bright busy patterns like the one you picked up are mostly made for the tourist trade but are most desirable with collectors. Especially the vintage shirts. Vintage Hilo Hattie shirts and muu muus can sometimes bring good money depending on the print.
To fix a smashed bottle brush tree, dunk the part of the tree or the entire tree in medium hot water for a minute. Pull the tree out of the water and the bristles will bounce back and fluff up. I learned that from another reseller. As always, great finds.
The sweater you picked up and called cottagecore I adore. I have that style in every solid you can think of. They remind me of Marilyn Monroe if you add the addition of some pearls. Even though they are Cardigans they can definitely work be worn as a top in itself❤

My parents had a vacation home in that area and I was like you drove right by it and I knew by the 🌲 trees.(If u can believe that) I’m like oh my God they’re going by our lake house. We had a lake house Right before you get to Jim Thorpe like 15 mins. It is a private lake community with mostly larger homes now but it’s still a really nice beautiful place to own a vacation home. We had it since I was probably about four years old my dad was an Engineer and designed the home. anyway thanks for all the wonderful content you do I truly appreciate it. I think you guys are great. Have I shipped a lot of Brooks Brothers to Washington DC. Even to addressess on Pennsylvania Avenue a couple of times🤔. I love that brand and sell a lot of it.
I love JJill…and the Pure Jill is my favorite. I can wear a medium most of the time. Occasionally will do a large if I want oversized. The Pure Jill pants are great and I can wear a regular or petite medium. The indigo jeans are fabulous. One brand I purchase consistently either on sale from the online store or if I’m lucky a Goodwill find.
I just came back from the keystone goodwill in phoenixville and trappe. They are selling single dinnerware and glasses. Prices are so high. I wish there was uniformity in all keystone goodwill
At that Goodwill, are the long sleeve tops not all priced one price and all the short sleeve tops one price, all the pants one price, etc? Our Goodwill doesn't individually price clothing, its all the same depending on what category.
My 9 year old grandson insists the Christmas tree goes up the day after Halloween. I honestly don’t mind it at all. I get to enjoy it for longer this way, but trust me, it comes down the day after Christmas, no exceptions! lol 😂

Red inserts are Royal Rubt that go with the large Waterford depression glass plate. Those plates all out there frequently.
