I was not impressed with Eley Amber's I found them to have poor consistentistancy in 20g. My advice to new lady shooters is buy and try as many different cartridge loads and types as you can and not get suckered into the "pink" marketing hype. There are many different high quality loads out their and to make shooting a surstainable sport you need to find the trinity, something you love to shoot, something appropriate for your disaplin and something that works well in your gun. If you don't get this right you will not be going anywhere in this sport!
