Hat's off to you guys. I stopped at 500. It's early afternoon in Cape Town, so if I do the other 500 tonight it will complete the 1000 right. I'm just taking a longer break than ya'll. At the end of the day I would have completed 1000 squats, that should count for something right?? 🤔😜😂😂
I'm over 50 n I try my hardest to keep fit ,movement and agility is what keeps my body supple n flexible,so ...anything is better than nothing,keep doing your best n never stop ..every little goal is an achievement.
I finished it! I was about to give up when it reached 500....I really appreciate your positive words while doing this challenge. I feel only a little bit on my thighs right now but I definitely will feel the sore either tonight or tomorrow! Thank you for doing this! I love long workout videos! Thank you all! I was doing a lot of squats before I did the 800 kilometers hike from France to Spain (Camino Santiago) and did it for 35 days without issues. The squats helped me developed strong leg muscles which I used in climbing up and down the mountains. I am a big fan from Central Florida (Orlando area). Keep up the good work. And by the way, it is a challenge to do it because I am now 68 years old and sitting down a lot at work (I am an attorney). You all help me get stronger every day.

Omg I just finished the whole video even though my knees were in pain and I felt like I want to stop and pause the video I still kept going. And I never thought in my million years that I would ever make it to 1000 squats.🤗🤗 it felt like I was about to die
I subscribed yesterday after trying the home walking workout. Completed this challenge today. Thought it might be difficult at first but it’s tolerable as they had rests in between each set. Tks guys & Brit for this video & encouraging us not to stop. Although Brit was silent, the occasional flashes of her doing the squats kinda got me going too. Will know tomorrow if my thighs & butt hurt. LOL.
Uh! I really liked this one, starting the day doing something I thought I couldn't and actually finishing it gave me a good mindset for the rest of the day 🤗 And on the 700-750 set I just started believing I could do it all day long (maybe was going crazy) Thank you for the challenge ✌🙂 . P.s. it would be interesting to do it with an automatic count, i think we rushed it a bit by the end
If you're a beginner and not used to such physical efforts, I recommend starting with just a few squats or your legs will hurt a lot while walking and you could injury yourself. Then gradually increase the amount every week, do it every day and take a break on weekends (or whenever you feel the need). By doing this I can now do 500!

Thumb up to those guys! If anyone does exercise daily, this number is ez to achieve! Last week, I did 700 Squats, 1000 JJs. What we usually think "unbelievable", "I can't do this", "too crazy", etc.. actually we can do with practices!
This is definitely one of the toughest workouts I have ever done in my own home. If you are reading this before starting...get water. I wish I hydrated during these mini breaks. I felt dizzy and super shaky at the end of the workout. My legs felt these squats through the rest of the day. It's definitely a challenge.
I was able to finish this without feeling like I was dying. I did it at my own pace tho with dumbbells so I'm definitely sure I didn't do 1000, but I was able to keep up the entire time. The interval rests were very helpful. I hope you'll redo it but with English counts. Tysm!
OMG!! just died... i have been doing the 500 squats everyday for the past 1 month. Recent 1 week i ate like a pig without taking care of my diet & exercise, so decided to do this 1000 squats.. did it!!! OMG tough... but the sweaty like mad.. i know my fats r screaming & crying. I tried doing the squats both in the "Mark style" and the usual way. Lifting the toes on the downward move has some advantage in giving more power when they push down for the upward motion. But it's hard to say if it is a better method. 🤷♂️ one thousand squats done either way is an accomplishment. 🦵
omg i did 1000 reps im so happy, i couldn't have done it without you to motivate me. Im really proud of myself before i could only do about 30 and the next thing i know i can actually do 1000 if i try my hardest. I'm 14 and i'm 63.6kg basically i am overweight so i'm trying really hard to be fit and happy with my body. Thank you Allblanc for all your amazing workouts im sure to follow them even if i might be in pain the results and my happiness at the end is what matters. This challenge was really hard but im super happy that i made it, i also feel like nothing can stop me now from achieving my dream body. If i can do this challenge then for sure i can do other challenges. So thank you once again Allblanc. I love you
