    Doing exercises next to the food table? How did you control yourselves? If i were in the back I would take a bite with every squat, and when you finished, the table will be empty😂😋.have great time guys, thanks 😊

    What an amazing workput.....I took 48 mins to finish 1000 squats....till 300.i matched ur speed but then I went slow in ech set so tht my knees don't get affected...but I finished it yelayyyy🎉 pls keep making such challenging workouts

    Ye, it is squat challenge yet my whole body did the workout . I did minor modification where my squats ranged between narrow to wide each cycle.

    Sont variées. Mais là j’avoue que je ne comprend
    Pas ce genre de challenge. Ça abime les génois plutôt qu’autre chose. Et rester + de 40 m à faire le même exercice ??? Je passe mon tour. Vous aurez sûrement d’autres plus ludiques et constructives. Mais je vous ❤ quand même.

    엉덩이가 무릎 아래까지 내려가는 풀스쿼트로 따라 할 때는 0.75배속으로 하는 게 좋네요.

      저도 이분들 스쿼트하는거 볼때마다 느끼는겁니다.... 저렇게 할바엔 그냥 안하는게 낫지 않나.... 운동이란게 기본이 중요한건데....... 저렇게 천개하느니.... 정자세로 100개하는게 나을듯.....

    I think the wear on your knee joints must be pretty high. Your body isn’t built for this kind of repetitive wear so could cause problems down the track

    올블랑에서 스쿼트 500개 1000개 이런 거 나오면 이 숫자에 연연하지 마세요 그냥 42분 동안 이 사람들에 맞춰 스쿼트 한다고 생각하면 사실 1000개 다 못 채우기도 하고 한 김에 채워야지 하면서 끝나도 좀 더 하거나 합니다 근데 같이 한다는 것이 중요하더라구요 진짜 죽을 거 같긴 합니다 ㅋㅋ
