Thanks for the truth. Many years back I had back pain, I improved the posture & the condition causing it & it was gone gradually within 1 year. I put wooden stand on the chair so that my back is straight while sitting, that improved my sitting posture & I took pillow that was not very thick, that improved my sleeping posture sleeping straight. And I practiced walking straight & sitting straight with wall or wood stand support wherever needed. Thus No more back pain. Once lifting big heavy thing leaded to backpain but it goes automatically within few days when I stopped lifting heavy things. I thought my testimonial will help others so I posted my experience.

I get back pain when I lie down on my back. It goes away after a few seconds, like when I relax my body, my lower back hurts for a few good seconds. And I’m just 17. My back have been aching for a years now... ;-;

Weird thing. More time I spend sitting or whatever I get back pain. It goes away when I go running and keep my back straight. It's almost like it eases the pressure. So the answer is do exercise and strengthen your back muscles but keep your back straight and maintain proper form.

I once had horrendous back pains for a week, unlocalized. Ibuprofen didn't work. Opioids make me severely nauseous. As I turned in my prescription for a muscle relaxant, I started having suicidal thoughts. I was shocked to have these thoughts as they didn't make sense. Then I went home, took out my food allergy test results, and saw that sunflower seeds were an allergen that gave me back pains and depression. It took 72 hours for my immune system to calm down. The depression left and so did the back pains.
I am guilty of about 4 out of the 5 he just mentioned here, boy, am paying a price for it. Also sleeping on your stomach can give you lower back and neck pain (self-inflicted pains that we not even aware of)
Back pain takes real conscious effort to eliminate. You can do the right exercises but if you fall back into old habits of lifting and or remaining in the same position it will come back. it happened to me.
Leon, the five back pain causes you described are related or connected to sedentary people who aren't doing any sports in their lives. For you in the business you know the consequences of not complying and same for me who knows the danger of neglecting the stretching regularly when we sit down too long. Bad habits too and complacency due to laziness. When I am at the computer I usually set an alarm every hour to get up and do stretching exercise like we are preparing for a game or doing workout in the gym. Using the mobile to text messages and watching youtubes is going to cost many countries millions to provide health care for their citizens young and old due neck problems in the next generation. I have been warning my grand children about the back and neck pain they are going to suffer if they do not watch their posture. It is a worldwide problem.
5 years ago me and my friends were chillin and just for fun he carried me from the ground up and told me to do the same. The moment I picked him up my lower back made a cracking sound and from that day till now I'm in pain. I don't think it's ever gonna go.
Shit.....I used to do that in childhood....9-10 class. Showing how much strength I have by lifting ppl up in both arms. Now I am suffering back and neck pains😔😔......although that's started few weeks.

Setting the alarm to get up, move around or stretch, every 30-60 min is a really good idea!
