He’s relatable. Personally I am inconsistent. I work out for 2-3 sometimes even 5 months then I completely go off and eat whatever I want without working out. Now I’m not even close to being ripped like him. I just go from being in decent shape to being completely out of shape.
Hopefully that’ll change though. Just had surgery and I won’t ever have to worry about this knee popping out anymore.

Fousey already had all this muscle a long time ago, I think yall are forgetting that he used to box even before his fight with Deji. He just needed to drop the weight. With proper diet and daily training you can achieve what fousey did in even less time without PEDS (I am in no way implying he took peds, guy looks as natural as it gets)
