Context: a person from SoCal trying to buy a pair of hiking shoes to take up the mountains during winter season. I was concerned about how warm the shoes are and is it snow/water proof.
I ended up buying a black and burgundy ones. I was surprised to see that this was advertised as a "winter" shoe when I didn't notice a major difference between the lining of the shoe with my other AF1s (not withstanding the official specs, as far as materials used). In terms of warmth, I feel that my Jordan 3s provided more foot insulation than this "winter" shoe--"winter" court visions were pretty thin from my opionion. Its saving grace, for me, was that it didn't have any pores in the toe box. The shoe itself is water resistant (i.e rain falling). But if you were to step into a deep puddle, your socks is likely to soak up (unless you cinched up your laces pretty tight). For better insulation, warmer experience, I would wear thick wool socks.
Speaking of thick socks, please note that these shoes are narrow, so it will take some time to breakin if you have wider feet. Lastly, aside from the no-holes in the toe box, I wouldn't classify this shoe as a "winter" shoe. I was thinking that when I bought these shoes that I would only be able to wear them during winter. In my opinion, these shoes are ok to wear all year round--this is coming from a SoCal dude where I would frequent Palm Springs at triple digit weather. Anyway, I hope this helps for anyone interested in the shoe.
Thank you for this very long input, for sure will help a lot of people😍👍🏻
are they durable,I mean they resist if you wear them everyday?
At some point they will give up but for the price they re pretty good👍🏻
I just picked these up in Burgundy. I love them.
Nice😍😍
The new black colorway that came out looks nice
👍🏻it’s not bad😬
I've had them for couple months and love them. They're comfortable and good materials. The top part with the last lace holes could be better because it has hooks kinda that you can put the laces on but not through the actual lace holes for some reason
Have you seen the grey one?
They look very nice.
Not bad for 80£😅
Hey man,are these more comfortable (softer) than the air force 1s?
Roughly the same, these are a bit lighter👍🏻
would be a good style with jeans?
Of course, why not🤔!?
Are these waterproof?
For 80£ no!
It need to be Goretex and that’s gonna push the price above 100£ easy
Which pants are you wearing? It fits well with the shoe.
Blacktailor cargo pants👍🏻
I just got a pair for 65$
25% sale on Nike no?😬
Are they good for all year round?
Not really, summer 100% no😅
How to tie
Normal, I didn’t tie them other way👍🏻
Would it still be cool to wear as a casual shoe?
Yes, should be fine
Is the tongue goretex?
Nothing Goretex on this pair, otherwise the price will be 30£/45$ higher
Thanks✌🏻
Is NIKE LUNAR FORCE 1 warmer than this model?
No, just a bit higher at the ankle section👍🏻
Thanks 😉
are these comfortable? i need shoes for winter
For the price they re ok, but can find other models reduced in price which are better😅✌🏻
@@juliansreviews2206 those are 50$ in nike store I am undecided about buying
are they too warm for autumn
They re good for both autumn and winter👍🏻
Is it safe to use a protectant spray on these?
I think the material available on them is gonna act like a spray already, this one is water repellent but at some point water will get in😀
Is sizing same as air forces?
Yes👍🏻
Do you know the different between the mid next nature and the mid winter?
Yes
Next nature has recycled materials and normal midsole, the winter has warmer padding inside and winterised midsole and no recycled materials👍🏻
@@juliansreviews2206 What is more confortable?
is it also good for rain?
Light rain will be ok, but these are not waterproof so eventually will start to take water in🫢👍🏻
Is it warm with them?
Yes, not like winter boots but close enough👍🏻
What about size? Normally I wear 45, but for example AF1 44, how to fit properly those Court Vision?
My video contains also the sizing towards the end, please check that 😬👍🏻
i wear 44 but i had to buy 45 because they were too thight

Thank you Ben affleck!
I will take this as a compliment👀😬

Not so much, after a while the’ll get wet, they re not waterproof
Very light

For the low price, yes😬👍🏻
