The Director's cut isn't just deleted scenes at the end. They're in the movie. Yeah, most of them are throwaways with no impact on the plot, but one is kinda essential to understanding what happens in the basement. (I'm a huge Hell House nerd!)
@@sinistercinemareviews5420 In the directors cut the floor opens up and fire emerges and a girl gets dragged down into hell. It's only 5-10 seconds but still a cool addition
Hell yeah man love Hell House LLC. Only found it a few months ago but I’ve watched it probably a handful of times during that span. Thanks for reviewing this one and keep ‘em coming plz 🤘
I've seen this more times than I can count. It's always available so I often put it on in the background. The second and third weren't good, but I should revisit the second.
Abaddon is hebrew for "place of destruction" or "the destroyer". It's a biblical reference from revelations. Also one of the dudes in venom, the metal band. Also the name of the warmaster of chaos in warhammer 40k.
The director's cut really seemed to drag to the point where I switched it off. The theatrical release on the other hand, is one of my absolute favourite found footage films (along with Borderlands, The tunnel and, oddly Untitled which I know isn't that loved but there's just something about it)
Yess. My go-to for FF recs. Super excited for the upcoming prequel. Do yall know of any other upcoming FF films to be on the lookout for? P.S. Thank you for the video detailing your anxiety issues. It hit home. Panic and agoraphobia stole about 7ish years of my life. I missed out on so many moments. Countless 911 calls and Xanax refills and insisting to my girlfriend that THIS time was different and I actually was having a heart attack (nevermind the fact I was maybe 21 and had been told dozens of times that my health was great). I got lucky, though. About 5 years ago, I finally said Fuck it and basically welcomed the anxiety..give me what you got kinds thing. All the health stuff..my anxiety telling me I was dying from this and in danger from that . I just finally said nah, I don't believe you. We don't really speak anymore. I got lucky. I hope you can minimize your own anxiety issues as much as possible. I hate it when I meet someone who can relate to me. It's a terrible club to be a part of. Best to you both and keep it coming 🤙
Really like the trilogy of hell house LLC. I remember when I first saw the first one at night time.. really freaked the the living shit out of me. I don't know I think it's really effective trilogy great for the fall season.
Honestly, I never, ever care about character decisions in movies. It just doesn't bother me. I'm like "You can have the most stupid people on the planet if you want, just give me entertainment." Plus, some movies inherently need characters to make unrealistic decisions so certain events can happen or certain messages can be delivered to the audience. So yeah, I don't care tbh, but I can understand why it can be off-putting to some.
I just watched this again for the second time within the last two weeks. It definitely doesn’t hit the same and I even watched the director’s cut some months back. It was whatever. It’s good though! Part 2 is what sold me.
@@sinistercinemareviews5420 People count the 5 Sadako films. But it’s Ring (1995), Ring aka Ringu (1998), Rasen aka Ring 2 aka Spiral (1998), Ring 2 (1999), The Ring Virus (1999) and Ring 0: Birthday.
I love this one! I went in not expecting much, but was so surprised. The mood and creep factor when the 'figures' start to move is top- notch.

Always
Love these movies and love your channel have you seen the flower tapes?
Watching now…
Cannibal Holocaust, the first and best found footage horror film, had music because in the movie, the professor is watching the found footage.
It's a found footage film-within- the-film, so it's okay. Pure found footage, music doesn't work unless it's music playing inside the scene.
On the topic of music in FF, I liked the way music was encorporated in Deadstream! 😊
Yes! That was clever
Great one:) The whole trilogy is good but I love the first one especially. I felt like this and the first The House that October Built were similar.
Fairly

Bummer you don’t like the sequels to something you really enjoy

I like Vader's cover of "Black Metal."
The directors cut is 14 minutes longer definitely worth tracking down

Part 2 is inferior in every way for me
Abbadon, or Apollyon, is ghe dark angel that opens up the pit to rrlease divers plagues in The Revelation.Hd's like Wormwood, also from Rev.
And all 11 Ring movies though one or twi aren’t canon anymore it seems.
11?!
