Concise, while also covering in sufficient detail the nuances with this process -- other videos just say, "Then pry it open" and either a) don't make it clear you can use the key (instead of a screwdriver) and b) that you need to put in the key / screwdriver *just* enough to easily pry it open; I was putting it in too far. Very helpful. Thank you.

THANK YOU! I'm a DIY-er (Y stands for RUclips!) and this was SO easy. I did this right after my husband told me to go to Auto-Zone, because that's what he did. He said it's really tricky, and much easier to just let them do it. Okay, honey... ;)

Thank you for creating this video. I was a bit nervous popping it open but with a little bit of pressure it popped open. You saved me a trip to the dealership and likely a lot of money. Also your video took the mystery out of these fobs. I think it took me a minute to change the battery and the CR2032 must be a popular size since I had a spare one around the house. Reassembled, checked the locks and started the Equinox. Perfect ! Thanks a again.

Yes, I agree the instructions were simple. Eyeglass repair small screwdriver will work. I also changed the battery while watching. This was not at all intuitive. Thank you!
