I often dry my teabags on a piece of watercolour paper. If you scrunch them up slightly, they leave beautiful stains. You can then doodle on them and use them in projects. I follow Natasha on Treasure Books too. She's brilliant! A girl after my own heart - I love upcycling from trash.
Hi. When you want your empty teabags a darker color, dye them again in very strong tea, let tem dry, and while they are laying down drop some more dark tea on them. when you soak them they become all dark, but if you just drop some drops of tea on them the get plashes of color. GL
That’s what I usually do but sometimes I forget the water and just tear them out. I need to start adding those tips to my videos. It’s so helpful to do it that way. Thanks so much! Keep those tips coming!
Oh, don't worry! I too often misquote people's names and pages. There are so many gifted people out there in RUclipslandia but Natasha is one of my favorites because she makes beautiful creations with stuff around the house, which is most times all I can afford! 😂
I agree straight across the board. I was mostly working with things I had around the house for a long time. Then I got some blessings from some amazing subscribers who are now good friends and they send me some pretty amazing things to do my videos with. I’m very lucky. ♥️♥️♥️
That is so cool. I'm going to try that for sure. Thank you for sharing. If you want to die paper pink you can use cheer wine drink. It is a beautiful pink. Just though you might like it. Lol
I bought the last flag-cross on Etsy (thank you) ... and gave you a like. I agree that the Treasury Books videos are awesome! I just watched her tutorials last night. I am obsessed.
Thank you so, so much friend!!! I told my husband he needs to get busy and make more of his crosses. He sells a lot of them. I’m obsessed with her channel too. Her voice and her projects. 🙏🏻♥️
Hi, Carol. The girl's page is Treasure Books and her name is Natasha. She is truly amazing and makes it easy for all people, with any budget, to enjoy making beautiful crafts! Her specialty I would say is making "junk journals" and they're beautiful! I love the transparent teabag video that you posted! Also, the best way to cut the napkins is to apply water with a brush around the piece of the napkin that you want to use and then just pull the "junky" pieces off and dispose. Good job. Have fun!
So simple even I can do it. Time to drink rooibos tea. I’m afraid my tea bags aren’t as wide as yours. Now all I need it is some pretty napkins. Very lovely. Thank you for sharing.
I love this 💚 can't wait to try it. Thats true about the teabags + they contain BPA & PFAS (forever chemicals) loose tea is the way to go or take loose tea out and strain after steeping if you already have bagged tea👍
Thank you for these video yes the lady is so good she always come up with new idea and the every one can effort it, like to see what you make because IM NOT journal maker either like to see what you make many blessing for these coming year take care xoxo
Hi Carol, what a great idea. I will have to go to that channel and watch her videos. I love the cross that Jeff made. I ready enjoyed the motivation. Yes this is my year and yours and everyone. Yay 2023!!!!!!! Happy New Year my friend. I love you. 💓💗💕💖💝
I am frustrated as a newbie I cannot find a source for decorative napkins like I see you guys making. I wish there was a way I can print, or transfer on napkins then do the transfer to tea bags. Can you can help newbies like me? 2024 will be a great year for crafters. Thank you for the inspiration, keep up the good work!
Yes, I fixed it on my description menu. I wish I could alter the video to fix what I said because this is an old video and I’m still getting corrections. I’m working harder at double checking names before I speak. Thanks so much! ♥️
Good catch! Yes, I meant Treasure Books. I keep doing that. Need to get it right. I know a lot of my subscribers watch her channel as well. I love her work so much!

It's an absolutely amazing job🧚♀️🩷
Thank you!
I know this is a year old but, it’s beautiful! I will be doing this 🩷
If you want to tear napkin easier. Lay napkin down with wet paintbrush put line where you want napkin to tear and it separates easily where it is wet.

You go girl! So good to hear from you. Hope you’re doing well my friend. ♥️♥️♥️
She also has a book that she has published but it's treasure book not box
I know. I quickly corrected my description menu with the correct information. I felt terrible that I did that.
What type of of plastic paper do you have down on? Very beautiful!
It was actually the bag from inside of a cereal box. It’s the perfect thickness and they don’t stick to it. Easy to peel off
Fantastic!
Many thanks!
I know this is a year old but, I just found you. Love this,
So glad you’re here! Thanks!

2024 will be a great year for crafters. Thank you for the inspiration, keep up the good work!
I googled it and easily found a source for the most beautiful decorative napkins.
Could this be done on fabric/clothing and how?
❤
her name is natasha from treasure books
Yes, I fixed it on my description menu. I wish I could alter the video to fix what I said because this is an old video and I’m still getting corrections. I’m working harder at double checking names before I speak. Thanks so much! ♥️
@@refunctioncrafts4928 you do a fantastic job and i love your beautiful projects i have made so many of them
I think you were referring to Natasha from "Treasure Books" and not Treasure Box!?
You would be very correct.
💜
I don't see a Treasure Box, just Treasure Books is that correct?
It is Treasure Books. I’m so sorry, I said the wrong thing in the video but the correct link is in the description.
Hi Carol. It is Treasure Books not box. She is very talented and I have been watching her for a few years now. TFS.
Thank you so much for the correction! I appreciate it very much!
Yes, her name is Natasha.
Treasure box? Or do you mean TREASURE BOOKS?
Good catch! Yes, I meant Treasure Books. I keep doing that. Need to get it right. I know a lot of my subscribers watch her channel as well. I love her work so much!
The word you are looking for is translucent.
Lol, thank you so very much! ♥️♥️♥️
You incorrectly stated the site from which you got this idea! TREASURE BOOKS not box.
I know I did. I was so mad at myself when I realized I did that.
Just so you know, I did list her channel link correctly.
