This wouldn’t really work if u actually try to paint with it...most likely the colors will start to mix during the painting process and turn into a grey muddy color (unless u straight up splash the paint on the wall) Even if the colors didn’t mix together, when you paint a wall, the patterns will not connect to each other (like the seams on each paint stroke)
You could probably sue the company that fired you because of their pathetic excuse to do so, tho it would take ages and alot of patience you were actually helping their marketing

The letters help when youre making a certain color. Each paint color has a recipe or batch code and thats how youre abel to replicate the colors an create new ones by following the numbers and letters marked on each dispenser.

this wont work, it will all turn to grey. You have to paint a wet high gloss white coat, then add another color in marble pattern while its still wet. Protect with gloss finish. You can use a feather brush to blend the color into the white or a sponge. There are many videos on youtube.
