    What pier do you prefer to fish at? 91st or 61st! Let me know and why🎣

    • @ironik8599
      @ironik8599 11 месяцев назад

      I prefer 91st because of how many fish species you can catch there. The beginning to middle of the pier is somewhat shallow, and it drops off deep by the T-head

    • @brentnanita3939
      @brentnanita3939 11 месяцев назад

      @@GGAnglers ok. Target range is 250 yards for 2nd gut. 350-400 yards to clear 3rd sandbar. Reason is cause your drone will be flying about 60 to 100 feet in the air when carrying your leader. So when drop it will settle about 50 yrds closer to you when you reel up your slack. Always throw a line out to see which way the current is pulling. And compensate for the drift left or right. So your line will settle straight. Also you will want to use braid, cause over long distance mono has wind drag that can make your drone sway and drains battery life alot. Be sure to recalibrate your drone when you get to your location. And be sure to have 10 satellites when you do. And never fly with less than that or less that 5 volts on the controller.

    • @brentnanita3939
      @brentnanita3939 11 месяцев назад

      @@GGAnglers recommended leader is 6ft 300lb mono with swivels at top and a foot up from the hook. You always want your load weight to be 6-8 ft below your drone for stable flying. Use 8oz spider weight minimum. And you want 9oz to 12oz ones on days current is tough.
