those NLBN's work so well out there, just jigging the bottom before a straight retrieve was killing it!. Love to see you out there and hope we can fish soon!
I'm headed out to Port A in May. I don't get to saltwater fish hardly ever but my first saltwater fish ever was caught at that jetty. A summer flounder caught on a paddle tail, which also makes it the first fish I ever caught on anything other than actual bait. Of course it was half an inch too short to keep, which sucks because I hear they're great eating. I was a good boy though. lol.
Awesome video. Since you mentioned stock up on jetty gear. Do you have a video where you go over jetty gear. Maybe like a comparison with works better for jetty fishing vs like bay equipment
Are you fishing on the channel side or the bay side? I'm from Arizona, don't get there much, but want to learn for next time out there. Cool video, keep up the good work.
Hey man looking into getting a staal myself do you think that a vr125 with 40 pound braid is good enough for reds like the ones you were catching lmk thanks
Only necessary when pulling them up from the bottom. These fish were sitting in the upper water column so they weren’t full of air, quick pic and release they were good to go💪
Your a real cool guy man I would be a honor to meet you one day in you buddies man love to hook up on some fishing trips for real real I'm from New Orleans man shot out to TX..
LMFAO....80LB LINE IN THE JETTIES...CLEATS....LOL. 20lbs is all you need. We catch bull reds constantly on St. Joe's jetties. You don't need a surf rod and 80lb line
Cool, I'm getting some Korkers.

Are you casting and letting it set?
sounds as though you have the metal soles on your korkers? Did you have to order the metal ones in addition to the soles that came with the shoes?
They come with them!

@keep1treal61 I use a 7ft medium fast rod with 20lb braided line even when I'm out at the surf fishing.
