I’m gonna try French T. In the oven instead of fry pan just to see the difference . Quick questions: why did u spray the foil and then pour the egg mixture ? What temp was the oven ? And did u use foil or parchment paper , cuz u had foil when putting in the oven and parchment when they came out of oven ?

I sprayed the foil to keep anything from sticking. It started to stick so I change to parchment paper in the end. 350-400 depending on your oven.
Why did trays with no parchment go in the oven and trays with nice clean parchment paper came out? 🙄
