    How do I know which rack and which attachments to order to get the same setup as what's in this video?

      This is the Prodigy Plate loaded rack with short bar, RO-T8 handles, 4N1 Multi-Grip, adjustable bench and low row foot plate 👍🏻

    Are the stationary top pulleys 1:1 ratio or 1:2?

      Top is 1:1. The others are 2:1
