Honestly I'm pissed at the ending I mainly like fights in anime and as good as a happy ending is it did annoy me because I was hoping for a good fight while gon was in his adult mode thing idk

@@lukeb5905 i think Togashi works a lot on the set up so the rest of the arc would make perfect sense (like gon and killua practicing nen, and chimera arc first episodes) he likes perfection. and I agree, the Dark Continent probably is the best arc so far and we dont even know when we'll see it. but something i'm really grateful for is that the anime had a satisfying ending, like if people didn't know that there's a manga and just watched the anime they'd be like 'yup, that's the last episode, it's over' without it looking forced. so idk at least we have a completed anime with the tease at the end (of the dark continent)

Honestly i don't want it to finish. At this point i don't believe that there can be a remotely satisfactory ending for it. The successtion war arc in the manga now is the most ambitious and cimplicated arc i have ever seen in any story ever. And that is just a preperation arc for the black continent. The vastness and the potential of hunter x hunter is unlike anything i have ever seen. To the point where i feel like its not supposed to end.

Honestly i don't want it to finish. At this point i don't believe that there can be a remotely satisfactory ending for it. The successtion war arc in the manga now is the most ambitious and cimplicated arc i have ever seen in any story ever. And that is just a preperation arc for the black continent.
The vastness and the potential of hunter x hunter is unlike anything i have ever seen. To the point where i feel like its not supposed to end.
