I was looking for a nice shawl that I wouldn’t find too difficult to make up & with a good memorable pattern when I stumbled across this video showing this amazing pattern/design. I was hooked & sold on making it when you showed how to do the sc stack instead of a chain, which I’ll be using from now on wherever a standing/end/turning chain is needed, such a great & ingenious solution.
I’m not quite a beginner but nowhere near an expert & found your video guide great to follow and create, thank you for sharing.

It has only taken a year and half and 6 tries at this sweater alinev(not this sweater, meaning your lovely pocket shawl). Thanks to all the instruction from you and a few other favorite RUclipsrs, I am finally getting it! I probably mentioned that I’m disabled and have arthritis, a lung autoimmune disease, and I just found out I have 2 problems with my heart. My question is if I make bigger it is multiples of 4 plus 1 for center stitch? So, I would chain 124, chain 1 more and put marker in, then chain 124? Sorry if this is confusing.
